BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR AND PRIZE PROVIDER: The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd, 200 Front St. West, Toronto, ON Canada, M5V 3L4, 29th Floor (“Sponsor”); Simon Pure Marketing, 11 Carlaw Avenue, Unit 6, Toronto, ON Canada, M4M 2R6 (“Administrator”); and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, a division of The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd., 200 Front Street West, Suite 2900, Toronto, ON Canada, M5V 3L4 (“Prize Provider”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for this contest (“Contest”), at the time of entering you must be [a] at least 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in your province of primary residence (whichever is older); and [b] a legal resident of, and physically located in, Canada (excluding Quebec) (collectively, “Territory”). Entrants cannot be employees of Sponsor, Administrator, Prize Provider or its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, or of the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them (individually and collectively, “Entities”), or members of their respective households (defined as people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not) or immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, step-parents, step-children, step-siblings and their spouses). Void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, provincial, local and municipal laws and regulations.

3. ENTRY: This Contest will begin on September 29, 2025 starting on or about 12:00 AM and ending on October 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM (“Entry Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules (“Rules”), all times and days are Eastern Time. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Contest.

During the Entry Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Contest:

A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account to enter online. Navigate the internet to https://disneyplus.com/perks ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription; or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Contest through the Website. Once you are logged into your MyDisney account, you may enter the Contest by navigating to the "Discover" page, clicking on the "Disney+ Perks: Disneyland Resort 70^th Anniversary Contest" image, and following the instructions within the Website to enter.

CLICK THE CHECKBOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE CONTEST ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTPS://DISNEYTERMSOFUSE.COM). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE CONTEST AND CANNOT WIN THE PRIZE. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE RULES AND SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry.

Once you click "Enter" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Contest. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator.

During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor and/or Disneyland Resort. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Contest and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor and/or Disneyland  Resort (available at https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/) and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Contest without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send a 3” x 5”  card with your name, email address (REQUIRED), city and province of residence, and daytime phone number and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Disney+ Perks: Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary Contest Entry, Attn: Josh Dyan - 89 Mortimer Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M4K2A2. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 26, 2025 and received by November 3, 2025 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the Canada (excluding Quebec). All Mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Proof of sending or mailing of Mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of entry or proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Receipt of Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Your entry must be received during the Entry Period. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service and/or mobile device may apply. 

4.  LIMITATIONS: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email address associated with the entry is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 3 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry is prohibited. Neither the Entities nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; or entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production or technical errors or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential entries will be disqualified, and any attempt by a person to use multiple email addresses to circumvent the entry limit set forth above may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same.

5. PROCEDURES:  Entries for the Contest will be accepted only during the Entry Period. On or about October 28, 2025, Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

6. WINNER: Potential winner will be required to answer correctly a time limited mathematical skill testing question (“Skill Testing Question”) without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise to be declared a winner and be eligible to collect their Prize (as defined in Section 7 below). Sponsor will email potential winner, at the email address they entered with, on or about October 29, 2025 (the “Notification”) asking for their full name, date of birth, their residential/mailing address and for a response to the Skill Testing Question. In order to be declared a winner, you must meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2 above, respond to Sponsor’s Notification within forty-eight (48) hours after its transmission and give a correct response to the Skill Testing Question.   

At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [a] potential winner’s failure to respond to Sponsor’s Notification within forty-eight (48) hours after its transmission; [b] the return of any notification or Prize as undeliverable; [c] potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; [d] potential winner’s failure to correctly answer the Skill Testing Question (as detailed above); [e] potential winner’s failure to validly claim a Prize no more than twenty-four (24) hours after verifying eligibility; [f] potential winner’s failure to return winner declaration and any travel companion releases on dates designated by Sponsor; and [g] any other non-compliance with these Rules. In the event of a Prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited Prize to an alternate winner, time permitting. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.

7. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): There will be one (1) prize (the “Prize”) awarded consisting of a 4-night/5-day vacation package (“Vacation Package”) for the winner and up to three (3) travelling companions (each a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” and together with winner, the “Group”) to Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, USA  (the “Premises”) which includes:

A.    Round-trip economy airfare for the Group between the closest major international airport to winner’s residence in Canada (“Departure Airport”) and a  Southern California airport (“Arrival Airport”) with possible layovers (airports and flights to be selected by Prize Provider in its sole and absolute discretion);

B.    Up to four (4) round trip local ground transfers between the Arrival Airport and the Premises (ground transfers to be selected by Prize Provider in its sole and absolute discretion);

C.   Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) consecutive night(s) at a Premises hotel or a Premises area hotel selected by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion (parking at the Premises hotel or Premises area hotel is not included); based on availability;

D.   Up to four (4) 5-Day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper tickets (subject to restrictions) for use by the Group; and

E.    One (1) Disney Gift Card for the winner only with a value of Six Hundred U.S. Dollars ($600 USD) (subject to restrictions).

The Vacation Package must be taken between January 1, 2026 and July 1, 2026.  The Group must travel together on the same itinerary and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the same Departure Airport/Arrival Airport as chosen by Prize Provider.

Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to certain restrictions and is subject to air travel availability and hotel availability at the Premises. Vacation Package must be booked through a travel agent of the Premises as designated by Prize Provider at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Block-out dates apply. Certain travel restrictions apply. No extensions will be granted. Certain travel and lodging restrictions apply including airline carrier’s regulations and conditions. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Sponsor and Prize Provider are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Theme park tickets are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and included on the theme park tickets. Both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date are required for park entry for the winner and each Guest. Theme park reservations and tickets will be required for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting. Winner will be responsible for making theme park reservations on behalf of the Group. Park reservations are limited and subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. Park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, or offering. Winner and Guests should visit Disneyland.ca/updates for important details to know before traveling to the Disneyland Resort.

Winner must be at least the age of majority pursuant to his/her applicable province of residence to enter and win. A Guest under legal age of majority must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be at least the legal age of majority in his/her/their province or territory of residence and both will be deemed Guests of the winner (unless the winner is the Guest’s parent or legal guardian). Once selected by winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Prize Provider, which may be withheld for any reason.

Vacation Package and Vacation Package components (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Prize Provider’s sole and absolute discretion. Vacation Package will not include the following: transportation from/to winner’s residence to/from the Departure Airport, airport parking fees, baggage fees, insurance (health, travel, medical); hotel room service, parking fees, laundry service, spa treatments, food, beverages; merchandise, souvenirs, incidental charges; local or long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, taxes; or any other charges not explicitly included in these Rules. All elements of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the Group at the same time during the redemption of the Vacation Package. Any portion of the Vacation Package not accepted or used by winner will be forfeited.

Photo identification and credit card in good standing or cash deposit may be required at check-in at the hotel for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the Vacation Package).

Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings may be modified, limited in availability and capacity, or be closed.

Theme park tickets must be used prior to July 1, 2026. Terms and conditions set forth herein and on the theme park tickets shall apply. An inability to use any theme park tickets will result in forfeiture of such tickets.

A winner may not charge any Guest for participating in the Prize. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Sponsor or Prize Provider.

The winner and his/her/their Guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued identification and/or passports, as applicable.

The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) that any Guest(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of Guest(s) with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner.

The Group will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The winner and Guests may be required to execute and return, where legal, publicity releases, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of winner. Failure to return the executed release form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package. Winner acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of the Group, related to any use or misuse of the Prize or any Prize-related activity or travel.

Any damaged, expired, lost or stolen theme park tickets, gift cards or travel vouchers will not be replaced. Gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. No part of the Prize is redeemable or exchangeable for cash and is subject to all terms and conditions of use. The total ARV of the Prize is Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Eight Canadian Dollars ($12,758.00 CAD). The actual value of the Prize may vary depending on point of departure, fluctuations of hotel rates and airfares, and fluctuations in the currency exchange rates for U.S. Dollars. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the Prize will not be awarded. The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Sponsor or Prize Provider.

There may be specific state or government health agency instructions, guidelines and requirements for all visitors to the Disneyland Resort. The winner and their guests are solely responsible, at their own cost, for staying updated on and complying with any of the latest restrictions and requirements that may be in place for travel to and visiting the Disneyland Resort leading up to the planned stay. Such restrictions and requirements are subject to change.

No substitution allowed except, at Prize Provider’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received and Prize is validly claimed no more than twenty-four (24) hours after verifying eligibility after which no alternate winner will be selected and no unclaimed Prize awarded.

8. PRIVACY POLICY/DATA COLLECTION: Information provided by you for this Contest is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://disneyprivacycenter.com (“Privacy Policy”). By entering this Contest each entrant: [a] agrees that the Sponsor has the right to contact the entrant through the email address used to enter or the email address provided during winner verification, in order to administer and fulfill this Contest; and [b] consents to the transfer of personal information to the United States for purposes of administration of the Contest and for such other purposes as you may consent.

9. CONDITIONS: By entering this Contest and/or accepting any Prize you may win, you agree that: [a] you have all rights, permissions and consents necessary to grant the rights to Sponsor as expressed herein; [b] you will abide by and be bound by these Rules, the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding, and the Privacy Policy; [c] the entry becomes solely the Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned; [d] you release and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of a Prize; participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Contest information; [e] any winner’s acceptance of a Prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor and assigns of an unconditional right to use his/her, name, address (province only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and Prize information and/or statements about the Contest for any programming, publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; [f] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, pandemics, epidemics, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Contest, except where prohibited by law; and in such event, to select winner(s) by such method as Sponsor in its sole discretion shall consider equitable; [g] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to: human error, errors in the advertising, Rules and selection and announcement of the winner; [h] any portion of any Prize not accepted or used by any winner will be forfeited (if applicable); [i] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use a Prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason; [j] the Sponsor has the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects to be doing any of the following: (i) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) violating the Rules; (iii) violating the terms of service, the Privacy Policy or other terms, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Contest property or service; (iv) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or (v) for any other good cause as determined solely by the Sponsor; [k] because any attempt by any individual to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of these Rules as well as criminal and civil laws, in the event Sponsor believes or becomes aware that such an attempt has been, is being, or will be made, it has the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible individuals to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation criminal prosecution; [l] all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity (individually, “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Contest, the meaning or interpretation of these Rules or any Prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of Canada, province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the local or federal courts within that province, provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected solely with the Prize, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California to resolve such disputes; [m] all Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; [n] all Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; [o] Sponsor has the right to modify Prize award procedures at its sole discretion; [p] the Releasees are not responsible for the cancellation, postponement or unavailability of a Prize, and, if that should  occur, that Prize will be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and [q] Releasees are not responsible for any failure of delivery of potential winner notification.
