WINNERS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FOR THE PRIZE EVENT ON DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONSOR, CURRENTLY ANTICIPATED TO BE AUGUST 28 - SEPTEMBER 1, 2025.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older). Entrants must not be an employee or director, or IRS dependent, immediate family member or individual residing in the same household of, an employee or director, of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC ("Administrator"), Epsilon Data Management, LLC ("Epsilon"), or their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies, anyone involved in the selection of the winners (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on July 3, 2025 and ends at 9:59 AM PT on July 24, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Epsilon's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: You must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account to enter online. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account (the "Account") email address associated with your Disney+ subscription; or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Sweepstakes through the Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the "Discover" page, clicking on the "Destination D23 Sweepstakes" image, and following the instructions within the Website to enter. Once you click "Enter" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

  During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor (available at https://www.disneyplus.com/legal/privacy-policy) and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

• B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send a 3” x 5” card with your name, email address (REQUIRED), city and state of residence, and daytime phone number and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Disney+ Perks: Destination D23 Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 24, 2025 and received by July 31, 2025 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia. All Mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Proof of sending or mailing of Mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of entry or proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Receipt of Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00 AM (midnight) PT and ending at the following 11:59 PM PT (except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period [7/3/2025], which begins on/about 10:00 AM PT and ends at 11:59 PM PT, and the last day of the Sweepstakes Period [7/24/2025] which begins at 12:00 AM PT and ends at 9:59 AM PT). Multiple Entries received from any person beyond this entry limit will void all such Entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on or about August 1, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about August 1, 2025. Before being declared a winner ("Winner"), each potential prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date on notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification (or such shorter period of time, as applicable), return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the email address indicated on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

THE WINNERS WILL BE ISSUED AN IRS FORM 1099-MISC FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE (AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 8 BELOW) AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY OR TAX ID NUMBER, AS APPROPRIATE, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.

8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): There will be two (2) prizes ("Prize" or "Prizes").

Prizes: Two (2) Winners will each receive a Destination D23 2025 Vacation Prize Pack ("Vacation Prize Pack"). The Vacation Prize Pack includes a 5-day/4-night trip for up to four (4) persons (i.e., Winner and up to three [3] guests) (each a "Guest"; collectively, "Guests" and together with the Winner, the "Group") to Orlando, FL to attend Destination D23 presented by Lug: A Journey Around The Worlds of Disney, an exclusive event for D23 Gold Members (the "Event"), currently scheduled to take place August 29-31, 2025 (collectively, the "Trip"). Trip includes: four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (one standard room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at an Orlando area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for up to four (4) to Orlando, FL from a major airport near Winner’s residence ("Airport of Origin", as selected by Sponsor) to an Orlando area airport (as selected by Sponsor); roundtrip ground transportation to/from the Orlando area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to/from Orlando hotel and Event. Winner will receive up to four (4) D23 Gold Membership Essential Plans* and up to four (4) Premier Admission Tickets to Destination D23 presented by Lug. The tickets include:

• Guaranteed premier seating at all Destination D23 2025 panels and presentations (August 30 & 31, 2025).
• Access to D23 Kuzcotopia Night at Typhoon Lagoon on Saturday (August 30, 2025).
• Access to Disney ’80s-’90s Celebration in Concert, presented by Disney+

ARV of each Prize: $8,350.00. ARV does not represent re-sale value of limited/special edition or collectible items. The actual value of the Prizes awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable) at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Prizes awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of a Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded.

There is a limit of one (1) Prize per family, household or address. Prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or portions thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of a prize is unavailable for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize elements and Sweepstakes Entities disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Commemorative gifts portion of Prize will be only shipped to Winner at a street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Sponsor reserves the right to furnish prize elements to Winner in several, separate shipments. Actual Prize elements may differ from images of same in Sweepstakes advertising, including the Website, with Sponsor and Administrator disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith.

TRAVEL MUST OCCUR ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 28 - SEPTEMBER 1, 2025 AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR. WINNER AND GUESTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO ATTEND EVENT; IF WINNER IS NOT AVAILABLE AT SUCH TIME FOR ANY REASON, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITHOUT COMPENSATION AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER SELECTED (TIME PERMITTING).

Should a Prize Winner elect to travel with less than three (3) Guests or without any Guests (or if one or more Guests fail to timely return signed Release), Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the actual number of travelers and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded. The preceding includes a Prize Winner receiving only a quantity of tickets to the Event and quantity of D23 Gold Membership Essential Plans corresponding to the actual number of travelers (as applicable; and, for D23 Gold Membership Essential Plans, subject to Guest[s] being eighteen [18] years of age or older).

If any Guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, such minor’s parent/legal guardian must either be a Prize Winner or another Guest. Guests (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents, which must be returned with the Prize Claim Documents requested of Winner, or Guest portion of the Trip will be forfeited and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

Winners and guests must at all times during the Trip (i) act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and (ii) abide by all federal, state and local laws and regulations. In addition, Winners and guests must follow all safety and other instructions, including but not limited to any laws/regulations or policies of the United States, Florida and Event location designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus; such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test and/or vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus; as well as any mandatory quarantine should a Winner and/or a guest contract COVID-19/Coronavirus during the Trip.

Winners and their guests must travel together on specified itinerary, set by Sponsor, including same departure date, destination and return date or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodations and travel are for up to four (4) persons sharing one (1) accommodation only. No additional guests are permitted to attend the Event or stay in the accommodations booked by Sponsor and/or Administrator (even if Winner pays for all costs/expenses associated with such additional guests). Winners and guests will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other prerequisites in conjunction with Prize travel element of Prize. Trip cannot be extended. Winners and guests assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of Orlando, FL, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded; and, under no circumstances will a Winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of Prize in cash.

In the event a Winner is able to take the Trip, but the Event does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, production exigencies or any kind, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of comparable value (i.e., 4-day/3-night trip to Orlando, FL, excluding the Event).

Winners and guests further understand and agree that Sponsor has not obtained insurance of any kind for them relative to acceptance/use of the Prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, round-trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and the Airport of Origin, flight/travel insurance, baggage fees, beverages, food, gratuities and tips, travel insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs, spa services/treatments, laundry, local and long distance telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the Prize package. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as valid photo identification (REAL ID for air travel) and/or Passport. Prize Winner and their guests are solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions prior to departure. In addition, Winners and guests must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of photo identification and a major credit card (and should a Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of two [2] nights (or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor and/or Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor and Administrator from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room caused during the hotel stay by a Winner and their guests.)

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

9. Limitations on Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prizes by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winners grant (and agree to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winners' name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to a Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prize/determination of the prize Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor.
