To enter the Disney+ Perks: Disneyland® Resort 70th Anniversary Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules ("Official Rules").

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older). Entrants must not be an employee or director, or IRS dependent, immediate family member or individual residing in the same household of, an employee or director, of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC ("Administrator"),  Disney Destinations LLC ("Disney"), Epsilon Data Management, LLC ("Epsilon"), or their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies, and/or any Disney Destinations or anyone involved in the selection of the winner (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on July 17, 2025 and ends at 9:59 AM PT on August 14, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Epsilon's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account to enter online. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription (the "Account"); or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Sweepstakes through the Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the "Discover" page, clicking on the "Disneyland® Resort 70th Anniversary Sweepstakes" image, and following the instructions within the Website to enter. 

CLICK THE CHECKBOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTPS://WWW.DISNEYPLUS.COM/LEGAL/TERMS-OF-USE). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN THE PRIZE. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE RULES AND SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply.

Once you click "Enter" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor (available at https://www.disneyplus.com/legal/privacy-policy) and/or Disneyland® Resort (available at https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/) and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send a 3" x 5" card with your name, email address (REQUIRED), city and state of residence, and daytime phone number and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Disney+ Perks: Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 14th, 2025 and received by August 21, 2025 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia. All Mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Proof of sending or mailing of Mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of entry or proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Receipt of Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.

*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Sweepstakes entry via Method #1 is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on or about August 22, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about August 22, 2025. Before being declared the winner ("Winner"), potential prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the email address indicated on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

THE WINNER WILL BE ISSUED AN IRS FORM 1099-MISC FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE (AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 8 BELOW) AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY OR TAX ID NUMBER, AS APPROPRIATE, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. 

8. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): 

There will be one (1) prize awarded to Winner ("Prize"). 

Prize (One [1] Winner): The Winner will receive one (1) three (3)-night vacation for up to four (4) persons (i.e., Winner and up to three [3] guests) (each a "Guest"; collectively, "Guests" and together with the Winner, the "Group"), to the Disneyland® Resort ("Vacation Package").

The Vacation Package shall consist of the following components:

1. Up to four (4) roundtrip coach airfares (with possible layovers) between the major international gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence ("Departure Airport") and a Southern California airport as chosen by Disney ("Arrival Airport") (if the Winner resides within a two hundred and fifty (250)-mile radius of the Disneyland® Resort, airfare will not be provided);

2. A voucher for one (1) roundtrip ground transfers between the Arrival Airport and the Disneyland® Resort (if applicable);

3. One (1) Concierge level room (with a maximum of four [4] persons per room) for three (3) nights at a hotel at the Disneyland® Resort, selected by Disney in its sole discretion;

4. Up to four (4) Disneyland® Resort 3-Day Park Hopper® Tickets (subject to restrictions).

5. One (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) ​​(subject to restrictions available at https://www.disneygiftcard.com/terms/us).

6. One (1) Disneyland® Resort VIP Tour Guide on one (1) day for the Group during the Vacation Package for up to eight (8) consecutive hours

7. ​​​Reserved viewing for one (1) showing of ​​World of Color Happiness at Disney California Adventure® Park for the Group on one (1) day of the trip, as determined by Disney

8. ​​​One (1) Disneyland® 70th Anniversary Merchandise Prize Package including one (1) of each of the following items:

- Celebration Bubble Wand with Interchangeable Character Hats

ARV of Prize: $13,620.00. The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable) at the time of travel booking, and the number of travelers. Therefore, the actual value of the Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Prize that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Prize will be forfeited.

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Winner or Guests, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between the Winner’s residence and Departure Airport, roundtrip transportation between Winner’s residence and the hotel if Winner resides within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of the Disneyland® Resort, airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food; alcoholic beverages; merchandise and souvenirs (except those stated above); local and long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly stated as being included in the Vacation Package.

Travel for the Vacation Package must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to the intended travel dates and must occur from October 10, 2025 to August 14, 2026. If travel is not completed by August 14, 2026, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney's sole discretion. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Sponsor/Disney reserves the right to change the allowable travel dates or any other component of the Vacation Package, for any reason in their sole discretion. The booking must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to the requested departure date. Sponsor/Disney reserve the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation period, or any other component of the Vacation Package, for any reason and in their sole discretion. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. All components of the Vacation must occur on consecutive nights. Winner must provide Disney with three (3) possible travel dates with at least sixty (60) days advance notice prior to the earliest potential date of departure; however, Disney’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. If potential Winner is unavailable to travel during designated timeframe for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate Winner may be selected (time permitting) from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing. Travel must be reserved through Disney, and Disney shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled or discontinued at any time and without prior notice to Disney. 

Sweepstakes Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates. Prize elements may not be separated. Vacation is for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests of Winner's choosing. Once Guests are selected by Winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney and/or Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation Package or compensation provided to the Winner.

If Vacation Package includes airfare, the Winner and Guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be roundtrip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles, and no codeshare flights may be used. The Winner and Guest(s) are responsible for providing proper documentation to travel which may include a REAL I.D. or passport. No one-way trips allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Disney, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the Prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday-night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The roundtrip air transportation element for any Prize travel begins and ends at the point of departure. 

If Vacation Package includes hotel stay, photo identification and credit card in good standing or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize). Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winner/Guest(s).

In the event the Winner and/or their Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney's (or its affiliates') property rules or policies in effect at the time for the Disneyland® Resort, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or their Guest(s) home with no further compensation. Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group.

Guest(s) (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If any Guest is a minor, the Winner or one of the Winner’s other allotted Guests in the Group must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian.

No substitution of Vacation Package or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Offerings and experiences at theme parks are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice. All elements of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Vacation Package. The Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and any portion of the Vacation Package not accepted or used by Winner will be forfeited. 

Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable. Vacation Package is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by the Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence if any component of the Vacation Package, including flights, are delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason; and, in such case, Winner will not be reimbursed and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion. Prize and its components (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, used for commercial purposes, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Disney’s sole and absolute discretion, and any unused element of the Prize will be forfeited.

If any portion of the Prize is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. The Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Prize/Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.

Theme park tickets are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and included on the theme park tickets. An inability to use any tickets will result in forfeiture of such tickets. Block-out dates may apply. Certain parks, hotels, attractions, experiences, services, restaurants and other offerings are subject to change or cancellation, and may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or be closed. Disney reserves the right to cancel any reservations or admission media. Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. Winner and Guests should visit Disneyland.com/updates for important details to know before traveling to the Disneyland® Resort.

To visit the theme parks, theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system (https://disneyland.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/) AND valid admission are required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages three (3) and up. Reservations are limited, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. A park reservation must be made for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting. Park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, or offering. ​​​Disneyland® Resort 70th Anniversary Merchandise Prize Package will only be delivered to street address within the United States. Disneyland® Resort 70th Anniversary Merchandise Prize Package must be accepted as awarded. Allow approximately 4-6 weeks after verification for delivery of the Disneyland® Resort 70th Anniversary Merchandise Prize Package. Items may ship separately. Sponsor will not replace any lost mutilated or stolen prize elements or any prize element that is undeliverable or does not reach Winner because of an incorrect or changed address or other contact information. Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring any part of the Prize. 

Any images of Prize/Prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only and actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images; and Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith. 

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

9. Limitations on Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, including travel, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winners or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prizes by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winner grants (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prize/determination of the prize Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York (except as otherwise provided herein).
