To enter the Disney+ Perks: Freya Skye Concert Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules ("Official Rules").

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

WINNERS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL EITHER FEBRUARY 9 – 11, 2026 OR FEBRUARY 27, 2026 – MARCH 1, 2026 FOR PRIZE TRIP (DEPENDING ON PRIZE WON); IF A WINNER IS UNAVAILABLE ON APPLICABLE TRIP DATE, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older). Entrants must not be an employee or director, or IRS dependent, immediate family member or individual residing in the same household of, an employee or director, of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC ("Administrator"), Epsilon Data Management, LLC ("Epsilon"), or their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies, anyone involved in the selection of the winner, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, advertising or promoting the Freya Skye Stars Align Tour (including but not limited to the management and representation of Freya Skye) (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

If selected as a potential winner, the Entrant and each potential guest (if over the age of eighteen [18]) will be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification without compensation of any kind. In addition, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify the potential winner or their potential guest (without explanation or compensation of any kind) if the results of such background check reveal that potential winner or their potential guest(s) does not meet the Sweepstakes eligibility requirements or has been charged with a felony or a crime of moral turpitude, or any other act that might reflect negatively on Sponsor, Ms. Freya Skye Jones (“Freya Skye”), Administrator or any of the Sweepstakes Entities, as determined by the Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion. All such decisions of Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

4. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on January 14, 2026 and ends at 8:59 AM PT on January 26, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Epsilon's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription (the "Account"); or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Sweepstakes through the Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the "Discover" page, clicking on the "Freya Skye Concert Sweepstakes" image, and following the instructions within the Website to enter.

CLICK THE CHECKBOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTPS://WWW.DISNEYPLUS.COM/LEGAL/TERMS-OF-USE). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN A PRIZE. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE RULES AND SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. Once you click "Enter" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send an e-mail to disneyplusentry@probabilityworks.com. The subject line of the e-mail must contain "Entry: Freya Skye Concert Sweepstakes." The body of the e-mail must contain your full name and an answer to the question "What is your favorite Freya Skye Song?".† (DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CONTENT OR COMMENTARY IN ADDITION TO THE ANSWER; THE INCLUSION OF SUCH ADDITIONAL MATERIAL VOIDS ENTRY EVEN IF ENTRANT CORRECTLY IDENTIFIES A FREYA SKYE SONG IN THEIR ENTRY.) E-mail must be received by 8:59 AM PT on January 26, 2026 to be eligible. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply. Proof of sending e-mail is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Without limitation, Sponsor, Epsilon and Administrator are not responsible if e-mail is not timely received or received at all due to operation of e-mail service provider’s security settings or any other reason. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

†The specific Freya Skye song selected will not affect one’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes or their odds of winning a prize in the Sweepstakes.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 9:00 PM PT and ending at the following 8:59 PM PT (except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period [1/14/2026], which begins on/about 9:00 AM PT and ends at 8:59 PM PT, and the last day of the Sweepstakes Period which begins at 9:00 PM PT on 1/25/2026 and ends at 8:59 AM PT on 1/26/2026). Multiple Entries received from any person beyond this entry limit will void all such Entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules (including entries made via Method #2 which do not include a Freya Skye Song, or which DO include a Freya Skye song as well as additional content/commentary) or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place approximately two (2) hours after conclusion of the Entry Period (i.e., on or about 11:00 AM PT on January 26, 2026). The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail on or about January 26, 2026 beginning on or about 11:00 AM PT. Administrator will make only one (1) attempt to contact the potential winners via email; if a potential winner does not return the email within twenty-four (24) hours thereof, potential winner will be disqualified without compensation of any kind and an alternate potential winner will be selected (time permitting). By entering the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to be bound by the Winner Notification procedure set forth in this Section 7 and acknowledge that Sponsor and Administrator will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact potential Winner. You further understand and agree that Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any and all liability in conjunction with the implementation of the winner notification procedure.

IF ADMINISTRATOR IS SUCCESSFUL IN CONTACTING POTENTIAL WINNERS: Before being declared a winner ("Winner" or "Winners"), potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) days of notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Indemnification and Non-Disclosure Agreement, a Publicity Release, a tax acknowledgment, the necessary paperwork for a background check, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).

The first potential winner declared to be a Winner by Sponsor/Administrator will select as their prize either a trip to the Los Angeles Event (taking place February 9 – 12, 2026) or the New York Event (taking place February 27 – March 1, 2026). The other Winner will receive a trip to the remaining Event which was not selected by the first Winner. See Section 8 below for description of prize trips to each Event.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the e-mail address from which the entry was submitted (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WINNERS WILL BE ISSUED AN IRS FORM 1099-MISC FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE (AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 8 BELOW) AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY OR TAX ID NUMBER, AS APPROPRIATE, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.

8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): There will be two (2) prizes awarded ("Prize" or "Prizes").

Prize 1 (Los Angeles): One (1) Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and up to three (3) guests to Los Angeles, CA to attend the Freya Skye Concert as part of the Stars Align Tour on February 10, 2026 at the Wiltern Theatre (the "Los Angeles Event") (collectively, the " Los Angeles Trip"). Prize 1 Winner and their guest(s) must be available to travel February 9-11, 2026. If Prize 1 Winner cannot do so for any reason, Prize 1 will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected as per Section 6 (time permitting). Los Angeles Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation for up to four (4) from a major commercial airport near Prize 1 Winner’s legal residence (as selected by the Sponsor) ("Airport of Origin") to Los Angeles area airport (with possible layovers/flight may not be direct) ("Destination City Airport"); however, if Prize 1 Winner resides within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of Los Angeles (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion), air travel will not be provided and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided); ground transportation to/from Destination City Airport and hotel; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (standard room, quadruple occupancy), up to four (4) tickets to the Los Angeles Event on February 10, 2026 (ticket type/seat location to be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion), $100 cash or cash equivalent to Prize 1 Winner (which may be used towards ground transportation to/from hotel and Los Angeles Event); a meet and greet with Freya Skye; and a Freya Skye merchandise prize pack.

ARV of Prize 1: $5,698.00.

Prize 2 (New York): One (1) Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and up to three (3) guests to New York, NY to attend the Freya Skye Concert as part of the Stars Align Tour on February 28, 2026 at Hammerstein Ballroom (the "New York Event") (collectively, the "New York Trip"). Prize 2 Winner and their guest(s) must be available to travel February 27-March 1, 2026. If Prize 2 Winner cannot do so for any reason, Prize 2 will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate winner may be selected as per Section 6 (time permitting). New York Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation for up to four (4) from a major commercial airport near Prize 2 Winner’s legal residence (as selected by the Sponsor) ("Airport of Origin") to New York City area airport (with possible layovers/flight may not be direct) ("Destination City Airport"); however, if Prize 2 Winner resides within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of New York City (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion), air travel will not be provided and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided); ground transportation to/from Destination City Airport and hotel; two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (standard room, quadruple occupancy), up to four (4) tickets to the New York Event on February 28, 2026 (ticket type/seat location to be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion); $100 cash or cash equivalent to Prize 2 Winner (which may be used towards ground transportation to/from hotel and New York Event); a meet and greet with Freya Skye; and a Freya Skye merchandise prize pack.

ARV of Prize 2: $5,698.00.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $11,396.00.

For both Prizes:

The actual value of the Prizes awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable) at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Prizes awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Prizes are less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded.

Prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of prizes are unavailable for any reason.

Meet and greet with Ms. Freya Skye portion of the Trips is subject to availability and additional restrictions. Sponsor’s representative(s) and other individuals may also be present at all times. If Ms. Freya Skye is not available for any reason, the entire liability of Sponsor and Administrator will consist of the remaining elements of the corresponding Prize. Conversely, should Ms. Freya Skye participate in Trip, Ms. Freya Skye may (or may not) in her sole discretion autograph items for Winners and guest(s) and/or pose for videos or photographs for Winner and guest(s). 

Should a Winner elect to travel with less than three (3) guests (or if one or more guests fail to timely return Prize Claim Documents), Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the actual number of travelers and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded. The preceding includes the Prize Winner receiving only a quantity of tickets to the applicable Event corresponding to the actual number of travelers.

If a guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, such minor’s parent/legal guardian must either be the Prize winner or another guest. Guests (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), as well as the necessary paperwork for a background check (if applicable) prior to issuance of travel documents, which must be returned with the Prize Claim Documents requested of Winners, or guest portion of the Trip will be forfeited (in whole or in part, as applicable) and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Prizes upon the results of a background check on Winners and their adult guest(s). Winners and adult guest(s), agree to fully cooperate in the conduct of such background check, timely providing any additional materials, information and consents requested by Sponsor or Administrator, with the understanding that Sponsor may refrain from awarding a Prize (or, allowing an adult guest to accompany a Winner on the Trip, as the case may be) without liability of any kind if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the past conduct of a Winner and/or adult guest would disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor and/or its products or Freya Skye. Winners and their adult guests further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check is final and binding.

Winners and guests must at all times during the Trip (i) act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner including but not limited to their participation in meet-and-greet with Freya Skye (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), (ii) comply with all policies of venue hosting applicable Event; and (iii) abide by all federal, state and local laws and regulations

Winners and their guests must travel together on specified itinerary, set by Sponsor, including same departure date, destination and return date or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodations and travel for each Trip are for up to four (4) persons sharing one (1) accommodation only. No additional guests are permitted to attend the Events or stay in the accommodations booked by Sponsor and/or Administrator (even if Winner pays for all costs/expenses associated with such additional guests). Winners and guests will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other prerequisites in conjunction with Prize travel element of Prizes. Trips cannot be extended. Winners and guests assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel.

In the event a Winner is able to take their Trip, but the applicable Event does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, production exigencies or any kind, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of comparable value (i.e., 3-day/2-night trip to Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY [as applicable], excluding the Event).

Winners and guests further understand and agree that Sponsor has not obtained insurance of any kind for them relative to acceptance/use of the prize. Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, round-trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and the Airport of Origin, baggage fees, flight/travel insurance, beverages, food, gratuities and tips, travel insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs, spa services/treatments, laundry, local and long distance telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the Prize package. In addition, Winners and guests must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of photo identification and a major credit card (and should a Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of two [2] nights (or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor and/or Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor and Administrator from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room/hotel property caused during the hotel stay by a Winner and their guest[s].)

Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. Sponsor will determine the specific features and properties of elements comprising the merchandise prize pack. Prize packs may be shipped to Winners at a street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Sponsor reserves the right to furnish prize elements to Winners in several, separate shipments (if applicable). Actual prize elements may differ from images of same in Sweepstakes advertising, including the Website, with Sponsor and Administrator disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

9. Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prizes by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winner grants (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prizes/determination of the Prize Winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York (except as otherwise provided herein).

12. Winners' List: To obtain the names of the Winners of the Sweepstakes, send a properly stamped self-addressed envelope, by February 27, 2026, to: Disney+ Perks: Freya Skye Concert Sweepstakes Winners' List, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559.
