6. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on July 7, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about July 7, 2025 beginning on or about 11:00 AM PT. Potential winner must be available at time of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Administrator will make two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner via email and/or phone (and may not leave a message on potential winner’s phone or with another person); if potential winner does not answer the telephones calls or emails during Administrator’s attempts, or return the telephone calls or emails within twenty-four (24) hours thereof, potential winner may be disqualified without compensation of any kind and an alternate potential winner will be selected (time permitting). By entering the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to be bound by the Winner Notification procedure set forth in this Section 7 and acknowledge that Sponsor and Administrator will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact potential Winner. You further understand and agree that Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any and all liability in conjunction with the implementation of the winner notification procedure.

IF ADMINISTRATOR IS SUCCESSFUL IN CONTACTING POTENTIAL WINNER: Before being declared the winner ("Winner"), potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Indemnification and Non-Disclosure Agreement, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, the necessary paperwork for a background check, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the email address indicated on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

THE WINNER WILL BE ISSUED AN IRS FORM 1099-MISC FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE (AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 8 BELOW) AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY OR TAX ID NUMBER, AS APPROPRIATE, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ARV Prize: $6,000.00. The actual value of the Prize awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including approved Tour date/location, point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable) at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded.

Travel must occur between the dates of July 27, 2025 to September 17, 2025. If travel is not completed by September 17, 2025, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Sponsor/DMG/AEG's sole discretion. Sponsor, DMG and AEG reserve the right to change the allowable travel dates for any reason and in its sole discretion.

If any Guest of the Winner is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, the Winner or another allotted Guest must be their parent or legal guardian and Winner/other allotted Guest acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the safety of such minor Guest at all times. Guest (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), as well as the necessary paperwork for a background check (if applicable) prior to issuance of travel documents, which must be returned with the Prize Claim Documents requested of Winner.

Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of prize is unavailable for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize elements or any prize element that is undeliverable or does not reach Winner because of an incorrect or changed address or other contact information, and Sweepstakes Entities disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith.

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Prize upon the results of a background check on Winner and their Guest(s). Winner and Guest(s)**, agree to fully cooperate in the conduct of such background check, timely providing any additional materials, information and consents requested by Sponsor or Administrator, with the understanding that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the Prize (or, allowing Guest[s] to accompany Winner on the Trip, as the case may be) without liability of any kind if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the past conduct of Winner and/or Guest(s) would disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor and/or its services, DMG, AEG or Tour. Winner and their Guest(s) further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check is final and binding.

**Where Guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, Guest as used in this paragraph refers to the Guest and their parent or legal guardian.

Trip is for the Winner and up to three (3) Guest(s) of the Winner’s choosing. Once selected by the Winner, Guest(s) cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests (or if any Guest does not return Release of Liability/Publicity Release and the necessary paperwork for a background check, as discussed above), the Trip will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants (that is, the Winner and Guest[s]) with no substitute or compensation provided to the Winner.

Group must at all times during the Trip (i) act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and (ii) abide by all federal, state and local laws and regulations. In addition, Winner and Guests must follow all safety and other instructions, including but not limited to any laws/regulations or policies of the United States, Tour venue designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus; such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test and/or vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus; as well as any mandatory quarantine should Winner and Guest(s) contract COVID-19/Coronavirus during the Trip.

The attendance by any specific cast members or such other talent at the Tour is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such individual’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Without limitation, the replacement of one or more specific cast members with understudies at the Tour shall not constitute a breach of these Official Rules by Sponsor, DMG or AEG. Sponsor does not guarantee that Photo Opportunity element of Prize will include any specific cast member or talent at the Tour.

Meeting members of Tour as part of Photo Opportunity element of Prize ("Talent") has no cash value and is subject to such individual’s availability and professional commitments. Group will meet Talent in one session, for a period of up to five (5) minutes at a time and location to be determined by Sponsor/DMG/AEG in their sole discretion, with a Sponsor/DMG/AEG representative (and perhaps other individuals) also being present at all times. Talent will NOT autograph any items. Group must follow all instructions of Sponsor/DMG/AEG relative to meeting Talent (as well as attending preshow soundcheck) and, should Winner and/or Guest(s) fail to adhere to such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor, DMG and/or AEG, in their sole discretion), Sponsor/DMG/AEG will, without further notice or warning, eject Winner and/or Guest(s) from meeting with Talent (or preshow soundcheck, as the case may be) and/or take other actions as Sponsor/DMG/AEG deems appropriate in their sole discretion so as to protect its rights, without liability or other obligation to Winner and/or Guest(s). If behavior of Winner and/or Guest(s) is deemed to be particularly offensive or egregious by Sponsor, DMG and/or AEG, Sponsor may terminate the Trip effective immediately and/or pursue legal sanctions against Winner and/or Guest(s) (as applicable). If meeting Talent is offered for shorter than the indicated time period, or cannot take place for any reason other than inappropriate behavior by Winner and/or Guest(s), Sponsor’s liability shall be limited to awarding the remaining elements of the Prize to Winner.

Additional restrictions may apply to attending preshow soundcheck, including a prohibition of recording or streaming. Failure to abide by such restrictions may result in ejection from preshow soundcheck and perhaps termination of trip, as discussed above.

Group must travel together on specified itinerary, set by Sponsor, including same departure date, destination and return date or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Group will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other prerequisites in conjunction with Prize travel element of Prize. Trip cannot be extended. Group assumes the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of approved Tour/Destination City, as determined by Administrator and/or AEG in their sole discretion, alternate ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded; and, under no circumstances will Winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of Prize in cash.

In the event Winner is able to take the Trip, but the Tour does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, production exigencies or any kind, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of comparable value (i.e., 3-day/2-night trip to Destination City, excluding the Tour).

Group further understands and agrees that Sponsor has not obtained insurance of any kind for them relative to acceptance/use of the Prize. Group is solely responsible for any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, round-trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and the Airport of Origin, flight/travel insurance, beverages, food, gratuities and tips, laundry service, merchandise/souvenirs (other than VIP merchandise), parking, room service, service charges, spa services/treatments, local and long distance telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the Prize package. In addition, Group must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of photo identification and a major credit card (and should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of two [2] nights (or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor and/or AEG, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor and AEG from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room caused during the hotel stay by Group.) Accommodations and travel are for up to four (4) persons sharing one (1) accommodation only. No additional guests are permitted to attend the Tour or stay in the accommodations booked by Sponsor and/or AEG (even if Winner pays for all costs/expenses associated with such additional guests).

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
