It is important that you read and understand these Perk Terms & Conditions, particularly paragraphs about Disney’s legal responsibility to you. If you do not understand these Perk Terms & Conditions, you should seek help to understand them.

ENTRY DETAILS

A. Competition Period

Entry is open from 1 December 2025 at 09:00 am AEDT and closes on 12 December 2025 at 11:59 pm AEDT. Entry can only be made during the Competition Period.

B. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting an entry, be a resident of Australia, be a Disney+ subscriber with an active entitlement at the time of entry and as of the Selection Date, not be ineligible under clause 4 of the Standard Terms and Conditions and must not have breached these Terms and Conditions.

C. How to Enter

During the Competition Period, eligible entrants must:

1. Login to the Disney+ Perks website located at perks.disneyplus.com/en_au/welcome (“Perks Site”) and enrol (if not already enrolled); and 
2. Click 'Enter Now' on one or more of the ‘12 Days of Disney+ Perks’ modules on the Perks Site, review and confirm your acceptance of these Perks Terms & Conditions, confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria, and click “Submit”,
   (“The Entry”).

Failure to include all of the above-mentioned information will result in the Entry being deemed invalid.

Entry into any of the 12 Days Disney+ Perks modules is an entry into this Competition for the specific Prize referenced in the module. If an entrant enters the Competition for multiple Prizes, Winners will not have the opportunity to choose the Prize. If a Winner is unwilling or unable to accept a Prize as stated (including where it is specified that the Prize must be taken on a specific date or during a specific time frame), the Winner will forfeit the Prize and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu and no alternative Prize will be provided.

D. Entry Limits

One (1) per person per Prize. Each person is eligible to win one (1) Prize, subject to state legislation.

E. Prize Details

There will be 21 prizes to be won:

• one (1) x Prize One,
• one (1) x Prize Two,

Each day during the Competition Period, the full details of one (1) Prize will be published on the Competition Page. The full details of all Prizes will be published prior to the end of the Competition Period.

All values below are stated in Australian Dollars and including GST, unless otherwise specified.

PRIZE ONE: Disneyland Holiday

A trip for up to two (2) adults (one of which is the Winner) and up to two (2) children (aged between 2 and 18 years of age) (together, the “Group”) travelling together on the same itinerary to Anaheim, California, United States of America, including:

• Return economy class airfares for the Group departing from the major international airport closest to the winner’s residence in Australia (“Departure Airport”) arriving in Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”) and departing from LAX returning to the Departure Airport, with possible layovers (airport and flights to be selected by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to $17,600 including airfare related taxes and charges;
• Seven (7) nights at a standard accommodation for the Group (sharing one room up to quad occupancy) at a Disneyland Resort area hotel or Good Neighbour Hotel in the Anaheim area (hotel chosen at Disney’s sole discretion) valued at up to $7,468 including room tax (“Accommodation”);
• Return ground transfers for the Group between LAX and the Accommodation, valued at up to $1,218;
• Up to four (4) x 3-day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Tickets for Disneyland Resort, including Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, valued at up to $3,048;
• Spending money of $1,000

The maximum value of Prize One is $30,334.

PRIZE ONE EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

The Prize cannot be taken during:

• school holiday periods in any State or Territory of Australia
• the period commencing 26 November 2025 and concluding on 1 December 2025 (inclusive); or
• National public holidays or public holidays in any State or Territory of Australia and United States of America.

PRIZE ONE ADDITIONAL TERMS:

• To enter the Disneyland Resort, each member of the Group is required to have a theme park reservation in addition to a valid ticket for the same park on the same date. The Winner will be responsible for making theme park reservations for their visit. Theme park reservations and tickets are required for each day of visit and must be obtained before visiting. Theme park reservations are limited and subject to availability. Theme park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction or offering. The Group should visit https://disneyland.disney.go.com/experience-updates/ for important details to know before travelling to Disneyland Resort. Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings may be modified, limited in availability and capacity, or be closed. Any damaged or stolen theme park tickets or travel vouchers will not be replaced The inability to use any Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Tickets will result in forfeiture of such tickets.
• It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Group must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize, including terms and conditions as set forth on the Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Tickets. It is the responsibility of the Winner to confirm such conditions with Disney.
• All travel (including theme park visit) must be completed by 30 September 2026.
• The Winner must liaise with Disney or its appointed agent to complete the booking for Prize One no less than ninety (90) days prior to departure and in any case by 30 June 2026.
• Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable and not valid for upgrades.
• Once booked, no changes to travel details are permitted, except in Disney’s sole discretion.
• The Prize is a single event holiday for the Winner and their guests and cannot be separated into separate trips or components. The Group must travel together on the same itinerary.
• A nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The parent or guardian of any minor not travelling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the travel package. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to taking the prize.
• The Winner, or their guests, may be required to provide a credit card and photo identification in order to enter Disneyland Resort, check-in at the Accommodation, for a security deposit, and to cover any incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the Prize).

PRIZE TWO: Disney Store Deck the Halls Christmas Merchandise Pack

One (1) x Deck the Halls Christmas Merchandise Pack including:

• large light-up ornament,
• medium light-up ornament,
• Tinker Bell and Fantasyland Castle Holiday Tree Skirt,
• Santa Mickey Mouse Holiday Stocking, and
• The Muppets Plush Countdown Calendar

The maximum value of Prize Two is $674.50.

PRIZE FOUR: Tickets to THE LION KING at The Capitol Theatre

• Two (2) x Price Level 2 tickets to any performance of THE LION KING in Sydney at The Capitol Theatre from April 2026 valued at a maximum of $480. Subject to availability.
• Return ground transfers for two (2) people between either (i) Sydney Airport, if the Winner does not reside in New South Wales, or (2) the Winner’s place of residence, if Winner resides in Sydney, and The Capitol Theatre, valued at up to $451.

If the Winner of Prize Four lives in a state or territory of Australia other than New South Wales, the following flights, accommodation and transfers will be included in Prize Four:

• Return flights for two (2) people from the Winner’s nearest capital city, or regional airport at Disney’s discretion, to Sydney, valued at a maximum of $1,089;
• One (1) night accommodation for the Winner and guest sharing one (1) room plus breakfast for up to two (2) people, valued at a maximum of $583

The maximum value of Prize Four is $2,603.

If the Winner resides in New South Wales, the flight and accommodation components of Prize Four will be forfeited in full and no substitute prize will be offered under any circumstances.

PRIZE EIGHT: Taronga Zoo Roar & Snore + Zootopia 2 Tickets

Prize Inclusions:

• Up to four (4) x ‘Roar and Snore’ Taronga Zoo tickets for up to two (2) adults (one of which is the Winner) and up to two (2) children (aged between 5 and 17 years of age) (together, the “Group”), valued at up to $1,500, which includes an overnight stay at Sydney Taronga Zoo;
• Return ground transfers for the Group between either (i) Sydney Airport if the Winner lives outside of New South Wales, or (ii) the Winner’s place of residence if the Winner resides in New South Wales, and Sydney Taronga Zoo, valued at up to $605.

If the Winner of Prize Eight lives in a state or territory of Australia other than New South Wales, the following flights will be included in the prize:

• Return flights for the Group from the Winner’s nearest capital city, or regional airport at Disney’s discretion, to Sydney Airport, valued at a maximum of $2,178.

The maximum value of Prize Eight is $4,423.

If the Winner of Prize Eight resides in New South Wales, the flight components of Prize Eight will be forfeited in full and no substitute prize will be offered under any circumstances.

PRIZE EIGHT ADDITIONAL TERMS:

• Roar and Snore is an all-weather program – please bring wet-weather gear if required
• A valid photo identification matching the name on your Roar and Snore reservation is required to check in for the program
• All Roar and Snore bookings are final. Cancellations and date changes are not possible.
• Roar and Snore is a non-smoking event
• All children must be a minimum of 5 years old to attend. You may be requested to provide proof of age if your child does not look to be of age 5
• A variety of beers, wines, soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee at the site and with your meal. No additional alcohol may be brought onto the Zoo premises. Guests must be 18 years or over to be served alcohol and must carry a valid ID
• Taronga Zoo reserves the right to cancel Roar and Snore programs at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or insufficient demand
• Winner will be provided a voucher with prize and booking details. Voucher will have one-year validity from the date of issue.

A trip for up to two (2) adults (one of which is the Winner) and up to two (2) children (aged between 2 and 18 years of age) (together, the “Group”) travelling together on the same itinerary to Greece including:

• Return economy class airfares for the Group departing from the major international airport closest to the Winner’s residence in Australia (“Departure Airport”) arriving in Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos (“ATH”) and departing from ATH returning to the Departure Airport, with possible layovers (airport and flights to be selected by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to $22,000 including airfare related taxes and charges;
• Return economy class airfares for the Group departing from ATH arriving in Chania International Airport Ioannis Daskalogiannis (“CHQ”) and departing from CHQ returning to ATH, with possible layovers (airport and flights to be selected by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion), valued at up to $1,760 including airfare related taxes and charges;
• Five (5) nights four-star hotel accommodation for the Group sharing two (2) standard rooms at a hotel in Athens including breakfast, selected by Disney in its sole discretion (parking not included), valued at up to $5,830 including room tax (“Athens Accommodation”);
• Five (5) nights four-star hotel accommodation for the Group sharing two (2) standard rooms at a hotel in Crete including breakfast selected by Disney in its sole discretion (parking not included), valued at up to $5,830 including room tax (“Crete Accommodation”);
• Return ground transfers for the Group between ATH and the Athens Accommodation, valued at up to $1,540;
• Return ground transfers for the Group between CHQ and the Crete Accommodation, valued at up to $374;
• Four (4) tickets to a Percy Jackson inspired tour of the Acropolis in Athens, valued at up to $1430;
• Four (4) tickets to a tour of the Temple of Poseidon in Athens, valued at up to $1430;
• Boat Trip for four (4) in Crete with guided snorkelling valued at up to $594;

The maximum value of Prize Ten is $41,788.

PRIZE TWELVE: Mystery Event Experience

Transfers to, and tickets for, two (2) adults (18 years of age or older) to attend an event held in Melbourne on 9 February 2026 (including flights and one night accommodation, where the Winner does not reside in Victoria).

The maximum value of Prize Twelve is $2,523.

The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD$110,092.64 (inclusive of GST).

The Prize excludes:

• baggage fees;
• insurance (health, travel, medical);
• parking fees;
• room service, laundry service, or spa treatments;
• food or beverages;
• merchandise, souvenirs;
• incidental expenses;
• local or long-distance telephone calls;
• tips, gratuities, service charges;
• federal, state and local taxes, except as expressly stated in the Prize; and
• costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Prize.

Black out dates and travel completion of certain travel prizes may apply. Other restrictions, terms and conditions as determined by Disney may also apply to a Prize and will be notified to the Winner.

F. Winners Selection

16 December 2025 at 2:00pm AEDT (the “Selection Date”).

The Prizes will be drawn in the following order:

If an entrant has won a Prize, that entrant is not eligible to win another Prize. If a Winner of a Prize is drawn for a subsequent Prize, that subsequent Prize will be redrawn until an eligible winner is chosen.

G. Notification of Winners

The Winners will be notified by phone and via email on or around 18 December 2025 (the “Notification Date”). The Winners will be contacted no later than 22 December 2025.

All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winners.

H. Publication Details (if applicable)

The Winners’ last name, initial of their first name and postcode will be published on the Perks Site within 30 days of the Winner Selection and Unclaimed Prize Draw and will remain published on the Perks Site for a minimum of 28 days from the Notification Date or Unclaimed Prize Draw date as applicable.

I. Prize Claim Deadline

Upon notification by Disney (as detailed at Item G), Winners must claim their Prize by 11:59pm AEDT on 5 January 2026.

J. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If for whatever reason any Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Deadline, or the entrant is deemed ineligible to enter the Competition and claim a Prize, an unclaimed prize draw for the relevant Prize will be carried out on 6 January 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT.

The Winner of the Prize will be notified in writing within 7 days of winning and will be provided with details on how to claim the Prize.

If the Prize is not claimed as part of this unclaimed prize draw Disney, in its sole discretion, will forfeit that Prize and no substitute will be offered.

K. Promoter

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These Perk Terms & Conditions consist of the Entry Details, the Standard Terms & Conditions and any other documents issued by Disney into which these Perk Terms & Conditions are incorporated by reference. You also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in Annexure A and Annexure B


2. Unless the context otherwise requires, any capitalised terms contained in these Standard Terms & Conditions shall have the meaning contained in the Entry Details unless otherwise defined herein.


3. This Competition is a game of chance.


4. Entry is only open to eligible entrants as described in Item B (“you”, “entrant”). Neither you nor anyone in your immediate family may be an employee of Disney or any of its respective affiliate, subsidiary or parent companies, or may be otherwise affiliated with Disney, connected to Anouconcept as trustee for The Anou Unit in any way, or connected to the Competition in any way.


5. Entry into the Competition is free (except for any normal internet or mobile connection charges that may apply).


6. Your Entry must be complete, in English and legible. You are solely responsible for the submission of your Entry. Disney accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. Disney reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.


7. Disney may disqualify you if you or your Entry do not meet any one or more of the requirements set out in these Perk Terms & Conditions, if your Entry includes any objectionable material or infringes the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party, or if you tamper in any way with the operation of the Competition.


8. If entry into the Competition is via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter (“Social Media Platform”):
   
   
   
   1. Entry and continued participation in the Competition is dependent on the entrants following and acting in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Social Media Platform.
   2. Disney is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of conduct on the Social Media Platform, including any decision by the Social Media Platform to remove or not remove any content, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
   3. This Competition adheres to the terms and conditions and promotion guidelines of the Social Media Platform.
   4. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Social Media Platform.
   5. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Disney and not to the Social Media Platform.
   6. Any questions, comments or complaints about this Competition must be directed to Disney and not to the Social Media Platform.
   7. All entrants unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge the Social Media Platform from any and all liability in relation to this Competition.
   
   
9. The prize draw and the unclaimed prize for the Competition will be conducted electronically on their respective selection dates by Anouconcept as trustee for The Anou Unit Trust at 84 Wellington Street, St Kilda VIC 3182. The Winner will be selected from the valid Entries submitted to the Competition by a random selection computer program (“Winner”).


10. The draw will be conducted in the presence of a scrutineer who is not associated with Disney or otherwise involved in the Competition.


11. If an entrant does not claim their prize by the Prize Claim Deadline detailed at Item H, or if any person first chosen as a Winner is found to be ineligible and is disqualified, in either event, another entrant will be selected as a replacement Winner as part of the Unclaimed Prize Draw at Item I.


12. If you are a Winner, you agree that:
    
    
    
    1. You may not transfer the Prize to anyone or ask for any alternative Prize (including cash).
    2. In the unlikely event that the Prize becomes unavailable, Disney may replace the Prize with another prize of equal value.
    3. If you are not able to take the Prize as stated (including where it is specified that the Prize must be taken on a specific date or during a specific time frame), you will forfeit the Prize and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu.
    4. Once the Prize has left the premises of Disney, responsibility for any damage, delay or loss to the Prize during transit will pass to you.
    5. Disney may ask that you or your parent/legal guardian provide proof of your age, identity and residency, and to sign any required documentation including prize acceptance and release forms, as a condition of claiming the Prize.
    6. You or your parent/legal guardian are responsible for all expenses and taxes in connection with your participation in the Competition and for all expenses and taxes not expressly included in the Prize.
    7. If requested by Disney, you may be required and must agree to be filmed during the presentation of the Prize without remuneration or compensation.
    8. You hereby grant to Disney the right to issue, and authorise others to issue, publicity in connection with the promotion of the Competition, and the right to use your name (including any professional name or sobriquet adopted by you), likeness and biographical data in connection with the promotion of the Competition for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation.
    9. Disney accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or the make-up of the Prize or any event that occurs that is beyond Disney’s reasonable control.
    
    
13. If the Prize includes attendance at an event:
    
    
    
    1. You and your guest/s must at the very least be able and willing to attend the event on the date/s as specified by Disney.
    2. You acknowledge that yours, and your guests’, participation in and attendance at any event may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties, including the terms set out in Annexure A and Annexure B. Disney does not accept and is not liable for additional conditions imposed at any event or for the breach of those conditions by any person.
    3. Except in the event that you are under the age of 18, in which case at least one of your guests must be a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18, Disney is not responsible for selecting any person accompanying you as your guest or determining any other details of the Prize or taking direction that relates to legal determinations concerning your guest/s. These are the responsibility of you as the Winner.
    4. You are solely responsible for the actions of your guest/s while in attendance at the event.
    
    
14. If the Prize involves travel:
    
    
    
    1. The exact cost of any flights that may be included as part of a Prize will vary depending on the Winner’s place of departure.
    2. You and your guest/s must at the very least be able and willing to travel on or between the date/s as specified by Disney in the Entry Details.
    3. Redemption of travel, accommodation and other experiential components or activities that are part of the Prize are subject to availability at the time of booking and any additional ticketing requirements is at the expense of the Winner.
    4. Except as set out in the Entry Details and unless to the extent otherwise specified, you are responsible for all costs and expenses connected to your participation in the Prize, including without limitation meals, drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas and all other ancillary costs.
    5. Except as set out in the Entry Details and unless to the extent otherwise specified, you are responsible for purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
    6. It is the responsibility and expense of each Winner and their guest/s to ensure that prior to traveling, their personal documentation (including but not limited to passports, visas etc.) is valid, they have undertaken any required health checks and/or immunisations and they have checked for travel warnings and any perceived hazards with appropriate authorities. Any expenses incurred as a result of not meeting such requirements are the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guest/s.
    
    
15. If any Prize (or portion of a Prize) is provided by a third party, that Prize (or portion of) is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the Prize (or portion of) is the sole responsibility of the third party and not Disney. To the extent of any inconsistency, the terms and conditions of the prize supplier will prevail over these Perk Terms & Conditions.


16. Disney will own and will not return your Entry at the end of the Competition. You may not disclose your Entry to anyone other than Disney and may only use your Entry to participate in the Competition. You may keep a copy of the Entry for archiving purposes.


17. You agree that all of the rights (including intellectual property rights) in your Entry, including any copyright works in your Entry, belong to Disney and you hereby assign any rights you may have to Disney. This includes all copyright (present or future), other intellectual property rights and rights of ownership. You grant a perpetual worldwide license (including a right to sub-license) to Disney of all rights in your Entry pending completion of this assignment.


18. You warrant and represent that any material submitted by you as part of your Entry will not infringe any copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any third party (including moral rights) and that you have all rights to use the materials and have obtained all necessary consents to comply with any relevant privacy and/or confidentiality requirements.


19. You agree to do all things necessary (which may include signing relevant documentation) to transfer these rights to Disney and you represent and warrant that you have all of the rights necessary to effect the transfer of rights to Disney.


20. You consent to Disney doing or omitting to do anything that infringes your moral rights in your Entry. Moral rights are your inherent rights in your Entry as the author and/or performer in the Entry and comprises the rights:
    
    
    
    1. to be attributed as the author of the Entry;
    2. not to have your authorship of the Entry falsely attributed; and
    3. of integrity of authorship and/or performance.
    
    
21. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, unforeseen legal or commercial circumstances or any other causes beyond the control of Disney which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, Disney reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the Competition, subject to regulatory authority.


22. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Disney nor any of its affiliated companies, nor any of their respective directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors or representatives (altogether the “Entities”) are liable and accept no responsibility, and you release each of the Entities from liability, for any loss or damage that you may suffer in connection with your participation in the Competition, including without limitation if:
    
    
    
    1. the Competition is cancelled, modified or suspended or delayed, including under paragraph 21;
    2. Disney does not receive your Entry within the Competition Period for any reason; or
    3. if you win a Prize and there is any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the Prize, or there is any delay or failure relating to the Prize itself (including any negative encounter experienced by you or your guest/s, including but not limited to cancellation, changes or delays of flights or other transport arrangements, inclement weather or any illness experienced) or failure by any third party to meet any of its obligations in connection with a Prize.
    
    
23. The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) as well as other laws in Australia may imply certain conditions, warrants and undertakings, and give you other legal rights. If they apply, they cannot be modified or excluded by any contract. You may consider seeking legal advice as to whether they apply to you.


24. Nothing in these Perk Terms & Conditions generally affect your rights under Australian consumer law (as contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and equivalent State and Territory fair trading legislation) regarding consumer guarantees to the extent that such consumer guarantees cannot be excluded by law. Other than these consumer guarantees, and subject to these Perk Terms & Conditions, Disney makes no warranties about any prizes offered as part of the Competition, including warranties as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of such prizes.


25. You agree to indemnify the Entities against all liabilities suffered or sustained by any of the Entities arising from any claim that your Entry infringes the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party.


26. Disney will collect your personal information (such as your name and biographical data) as part of the Competition and may use this information for the purposes of administering the Competition and other purposes for which we obtain your express consent (including any “opt-in” to receive marketing communications from Disney and its Entities). Personal information may also be disclosed to third parties (including Disney’s nominated agent for prize fulfilment and prize suppliers) for the purposes of administering the promotion or providing the prizes, or to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation.


27. Disney will comply with its privacy policy in the collection and use of your personal information. Disney’s privacy policy is available at http://www.disney.com.au/policy.html.


28. Unless expressly stated in these Perk Terms & Conditions, your participation in the Competition does not entitle you to use any of Disney’s intellectual property rights (including any Disney trade mark or copyright) for any purpose.


29. These Perk Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there, and waive any right to claim that those courts are an inconvenient forum.


30. Any provision (or part thereof) of these Perk Terms & Conditions that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is ineffective as to that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. That does not invalidate the remaining provisions (or parts thereof) of these Perk Terms & Conditions not affect the validity of enforceability of that provision (or part thereof) in any other jurisdiction.


31. These Perk Terms & Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Disney with respect to the Competition. They set out the only conduct that you have relied on and supersede all earlier conduct and prior agreements and understandings between you and Disney in connection with the Competition. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that the Terms & Conditions of the Perks program under which this Competition is run continue to apply and you are bound by those Program Terms & Conditions. These Perk Terms & Conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.


32. If you have any dispute or complaint in respect of the Competition, then you must write to Disney at promotions@anouconcept.com. Disney will respond in writing within five (5) business days from the date the written notice is received.
