BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd, 200 Front St. West, Toronto, ON Canada, M5V 3L4, 29th Floor (“Sponsor”); and Simon Pure Marketing, 89 Mortimer Ave, Toronto, ON Canada, M4K 2A2 (“Administrator”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for this contest (“Contest”), at the time of entering you must be [a] at least 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in your province of primary residence (whichever is older); and [b] a legal resident of, and physically located in, Canada (excluding Quebec) (collectively, “Territory”). Entrants cannot be employees of Sponsor, Administrator or its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, or of the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them (individually and collectively, “Entities”), or members of their respective households (defined as people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not) or immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, step-parents, step-children, step-siblings and their spouses). Void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, provincial, local and municipal laws and regulations.

3. ENTRY: This Contest will begin on October 27, 2025 starting on or about 11:00 AM and ending on November 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM (“Entry Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules (“Rules”), all times and days are Eastern Time. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Contest.

During the Entry Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Contest:

A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account to enter online. Navigate the internet to https://disneyplus.com/perks ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription; or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Contest through the Website. Once you are logged into your MyDisney account, you may enter the Contest by clicking on the Avatar: Fire and Ash Premiere contest module on the Website, and following the instructions within the Website to enter.

CLICK THE CHECKBOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE CONTEST ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTPS://DISNEYTERMSOFUSE.COM). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE CONTEST AND CANNOT WIN THE PRIZE. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE RULES AND SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry.

Once you click "Enter" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Contest. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor or Administrator.

During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Contest and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor (available at https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/) and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Contest without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send a 3” x 5” card with your name, email address (REQUIRED), city and province of residence, and daytime phone number and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Disney+ Perks: Avatar: Fire and Ash Premiere Trip Contest Entry, c/o Simon Pure Marketing - 89 Mortimer Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M4K 2A2. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 10, 2025 and received by November 14, 2025 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the Territory. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Proof of sending or mailing of mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of entry or proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Your entry must be received during the Entry Period. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service and/or mobile device may apply. 

4.  LIMITATIONS: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email address associated with the entry is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 3 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry is prohibited. Neither the Entities nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; or entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production or technical errors or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential entries will be disqualified, and any attempt by a person to use multiple email addresses to circumvent the entry limit set forth above may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same.

5. PROCEDURES:  Entries for the Contest will be accepted only during the Entry Period. On or about November 17, 2025, Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

6. WINNER: Potential winner will be required to answer correctly a time limited mathematical skill testing question (“Skill Testing Question”) without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise to be declared a winner and be eligible to collect their Prize (as defined in Section 7 below). Sponsor will email potential winner, at the email address they entered with, on or about November 18, 2025 (the “Notification”) asking for their full name, date of birth, their residential/mailing address and for a response to the Skill Testing Question. In order to be declared a winner, you must meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2 above, respond to Sponsor’s Notification within forty-eight (48) hours after its transmission and give a correct response to the Skill Testing Question.   

At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [a] potential winner’s failure to respond to Sponsor’s Notification within forty-eight (48) hours after its transmission; [b] the return of any notification or Prize as undeliverable; [c] potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; [d] potential winner’s failure to correctly answer the Skill Testing Question (as detailed above); [e] potential winner’s failure to validly claim a Prize no more than forty-eight (48) hours after verifying eligibility; [f] potential winner’s failure to return winner declaration and any travel companion releases on dates designated by Sponsor; and [g] any other non-compliance with these Rules. In the event of a Prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited Prize to an alternate winner, time permitting. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.

7. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): There will be one (1) prize (the “Prize”) awarded consisting of a 3-night/4-day trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion (“Guest”, together with winner, the “Group”) to the premiere of the motion picture titled Avatar: Fire and Ash taking place in Los Angeles, California, USA on a to-be-determined date in early December 2025 (the “Premiere”) which includes:

1. Round-trip economy airfare for the Group between the closest major international airport to winner’s residence in Canada (“Departure Airport”) and a Southern California airport (“Arrival Airport”) with possible layovers (airports and flights to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion);
2. Up to four (4) round trip local ground transfers between the Arrival Airport and the Premises (ground transfers to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); and
3. Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of two (2) people per room) for three (3) consecutive night(s) at a hotel selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
4. One (1) gift card for the winner only with a value of Five Hundred Canadian Dollars ($500 CAD) (subject to restrictions).

ARV: $6,700 CAD. The ARV is subject to fluctuations in airfare and the value may vary depending on the location of the Departure/Arrival Airport. Any difference in the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. All other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, flight insurance, travel insurance, meals and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Travel must take place between November 30, 2025 and December 3, 2025.  The Group must travel together on the same itinerary and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the same Departure Airport/Arrival Airport as chosen by Sponsor. All travel arrangements must be made by travel agent designated by Sponsor and travel must take place on dates specified by Sponsor which are subject to change at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner and Guest are unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Prize is subject to terms and conditions of travel service providers. Certain restrictions and black-out dates may apply.

The winner’s Guest must be the age of majority in his/her province of residence, unless such minor travel companion is the child or legal ward of the winner. The winner’s Guest must complete and return any paperwork required by Sponsor, including but not limited to a publicity release. Once selected by winner, Guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason.

The winner and their Guest are responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued identification and/or passports, as applicable.

The winner may be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card.  Any damage to the room attributed to the winner and/or his/her Guest will be the responsibility of the winner.  Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental and/or in-room charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided with the Prize).

All elements of the Prize must be used by the Group at the same time during the travel window stated above. Any portion of the Prize not accepted or used by winner will be forfeited. A winner may not charge a Guest for participating in the Prize.

The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Prize that are unable to be used for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Prize will be forfeited. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guest(s), the Prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of Guest(s) with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner.

Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element or detail of the Prize, including without limitation the Premiere, is canceled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of the Prize become unavailable, Sponsor shall have no obligation to the winner aside from providing the travel portion of the Prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail. The winner and his/her Guest shall be subject to all terms and conditions printed on any ticket issued in conjunction with the Prize. In the event the winner and/or Guest is denied entry into any ticketed location or is removed or barred from any ticketed location for any other reason, Sponsor is not responsible and no further compensation or award will be provided.

The attendance by any specific cast members, filmmakers, or such other talent from the film during the Premiere is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such talent’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the film during the trip.  In the event the winner and/or Guest engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor or producers of the film, in their sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or any element of the Prize early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her Guest home, with no further compensation.  Winner and Guest must obey all rules and complete any paperwork required for the Prize, including but not limited to any additional releases, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, waivers required by the Sponsor and, failure to sign such paperwork and/or to furnish all required information on dates selected by Sponsor in their sole discretion will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The Group will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The winner and Guest may be required to execute and return, where legal, publicity releases, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of winner. Failure to return the executed release form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Winner acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of the Group, related to any use or misuse of the Prize or any Prize-related activity or travel.

Any damaged, expired, lost or stolen gift cards or travel vouchers will not be replaced. Gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. No part of the Prize is redeemable or exchangeable for cash and is subject to all terms and conditions of use. The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Sponsor.

No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received and Prize is validly claimed no more than forty eight (48) hours after verifying eligibility after which no alternate winner will be selected and no unclaimed Prize awarded.

8. PRIVACY POLICY/DATA COLLECTION: Information provided by you for this Contest is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://disneyprivacycenter.com (“Privacy Policy”). By entering this Contest each entrant: [a] agrees that the Sponsor has the right to contact the entrant through the email address used to enter or the email address provided during winner verification, in order to administer and fulfill this Contest; and [b] consents to the transfer of personal information to the United States for purposes of administration of the Contest and for such other purposes as you may consent.

9. CONDITIONS: By entering this Contest and/or accepting any Prize you may win, you agree that: [a] you have all rights, permissions and consents necessary to grant the rights to Sponsor as expressed herein; [b] you will abide by and be bound by these Rules, the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding, and the Privacy Policy; [c] the entry becomes solely the Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned; [d] you release and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of a Prize; participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Contest information; [e] any winner’s acceptance of a Prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor and assigns of an unconditional right to use his/her, name, address (province only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and Prize information and/or statements about the Contest for any programming, publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; [f] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, pandemics, epidemics, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Contest, except where prohibited by law; and in such event, to select winner(s) by such method as Sponsor in its sole discretion shall consider equitable; [g] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to: human error, errors in the advertising, Rules and selection and announcement of the winner; [h] any portion of any Prize not accepted or used by any winner will be forfeited (if applicable); [i] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use a Prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason; [j] the Sponsor has the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects to be doing any of the following: (i) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) violating the Rules; (iii) violating the terms of service, the Privacy Policy or other terms, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Contest property or service; (iv) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or (v) for any other good cause as determined solely by the Sponsor; [k] because any attempt by any individual to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of these Rules as well as criminal and civil laws, in the event Sponsor believes or becomes aware that such an attempt has been, is being, or will be made, it has the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible individuals to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation criminal prosecution; [l] all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity (individually, “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Contest, the meaning or interpretation of these Rules or any Prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of Canada, province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the local or federal courts within that province; [m] all Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; [n] all Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; [o] Sponsor has the right to modify Prize award procedures at its sole discretion; [p] the Releasees are not responsible for the cancellation, postponement or unavailability of a Prize, and, if that should  occur, that Prize will be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and [q] Releasees are not responsible for any failure of delivery of potential winner notification.
