Each promotion is governed by its own set of official rules and features its own prizing that is available to be won at different odds of winning. You are advised to review the official rules before entering this or any other "12 Days of Perks" promotion. You may enter and win prize(s) in this Sweepstakes and one or more of the other "12 Days of Perks" promotions.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older). Employees, officers and directors of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC ("Administrator"), Epsilon Data Management, LLC ("Epsilon"), and their advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, and children. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. 4. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on December 1, 2025 and ends at 8:59 AM PT on December 29, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Epsilon's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription (the "Account"); or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Sweepstakes through the Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the "Discover" page, clicking on the "12 Days of Perks: AULANI Sweepstakes" image, and following the instructions within the Website to enter.

Once you click "Enter" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as set forth above may send a 3" x 5" card with your name, email address (REQUIRED), city and state of residence, and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: 12 Days of Perks: AULANI Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 29, 2025 and received by January 7, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia. All Mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Limit one (1) Mail-In entry per outer mailing envelope. Proof of sending or mailing of Mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of entry or proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Receipt of Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00 AM (midnight) PT and ending at the following 11:59 PM PT (except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period [12/1/2025], which begins on/about 9:00 AM PT and ends at 11:59 PM PT, and the last day of the Sweepstakes Period [12/29/2025] which begins at 12:00 AM PT and ends at 8:59 AM PT). Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts in violation of the entry limit will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on January 8, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail on January 8, 2026. Before being declared a winner ("Winner"), potential prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within five (5) days of date on notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, the necessary paperwork for a background check, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within five (5) days after notification (or such shorter period of time, as applicable), return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the email address indicated on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER WHO WILL RECEIVE A 1099 TAX FORM REFLECTING VALUE OF THE PRIZE. PRIZE WINNER FURTHER AGREES TO FULLY COOPERATE WITH SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF THE 1099 TAX FORM, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.

8. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): There will be one (1) prize awarded to Winner ("Prize").

Prize: The Winner will receive a 4-night vacation ("Vacation") for the Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a "Guest") (Winner and Guest(s) collectively, the "Group") to AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii ("Resort"). The Vacation is subject to the conditions set forth below.

The Vacation consists of the following:

●      Up to four (4) round trip coach airfares (with possible layovers) between the major United States gateway airport closest to Winner's primary residence and Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (airports, airline carriers and flights to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). (If the Winner resides on the island of O'ahu, air fare will not be provided.)

●      Round trip ground transportation for up to four (4) persons for transfer between Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and Resort to be provided by a local ground transportation service as chosen by Sponsor. (If the Winner resides on the island of O'ahu, ground transportation will not be provided.)

●      Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) consecutive night(s) at the Resort. Standard daily parking at the Resort is not included unless Winner resides on the island of O’ahu.

●      Up to four (4) preferred seating passes to KA WA’A, A Lū’au at AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa.

●      One (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00. Subject to restrictions.

ARV: $8,568.08. The actual value of the Prize awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable) at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded.

Vacation must be taken before 12/31/2026. If Vacation is not completed by December 31, 2026, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates apply. Block-out dates include but may not be limited to: 3/13/26-4/11/26, 5/22/26-8/16/26, 11/21/26-11/28/26, 12/13/26-12/31/26. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation period, or any other component of the Vacation, for any reason and in its sole discretion. All components of the Vacation must occur on consecutive nights. Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) proposed travel dates at least forty-five (45) days prior to the earliest proposed arrival date; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding and Vacation may not be rescheduled except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. If potential Winner is unavailable to travel during designated timeframe for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind, and an alternate Winner will be selected (time permitting) from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor’s agent. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate Winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s discretion.

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the Winner’s primary residence and any airport of origin, round-trip transportation between Winner’s primary residence and the Resort if Winner resides on the island of O’ahu, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance (health, travel, medical), laundry service, merchandise, parking (unless Winner resides on the island of O’ahu), room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, local and long distance telephone calls, taxes, incidental expenses, and any other charges or items which are not expressly included in the Vacation. Any depiction of the prize is for illustrative purposes only. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled or discontinued at any time and without prior notice to Sponsor. Sweepstakes Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates. elements may not be separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or used for commercial purposes. Vacation is for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests of Winner's choosing. Once Guests are selected by Winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Winner chooses to bring fewer than the allotted number of Guests, the prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Winner. Group must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, block-out dates and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline carrier and Resort regulations and conditions apply. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no codeshare flights may be used. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the prize; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once Resort accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. All elements of the Vacation package must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Vacation package. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or ground transportation delay. The roundtrip air transportation element for any Prize travel begins and ends at the expenses incurred as a consequence if any component of the Vacation, including flights or ground transportation, are cancelled/delayed/postponed for any reason, and Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The roundtrip air transportation element for Prize travel begins and ends at the point of departure. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any element of the prize not accepted or used by the Winner will be forfeited.

In addition, Winner and Guests must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of photo identification and a major credit card (and should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of four [4] nights, or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor and/or Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor and Administrator from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room caused during the hotel stay by Winner and their Guest[s]. Other hotel fees not expressly mentioned (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize) are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winners/Guest(s).

Accommodations and travel are for up to four (4) persons sharing one (1) accommodation only. No additional guests are permitted to stay in the accommodations booked by Sponsor and/or Administrator. Winner and Guest(s) will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other prerequisites in conjunction with travel element of Prize. Trip cannot be extended. Winner and Guest(s) assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel.

Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday-night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Other travel restrictions may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. The roundtrip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winner/Guest(s). In the event the Winner and/or their Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor's (or its affiliates') property rules or policies in effect at the time for the Resort, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Vacation or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or their Guest(s) home with no further compensation. Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group related to any use or misuse of the Prize or any Prize related activity or travel.

Guest(s) (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If any Guest is a minor, the Winner or one of the Winner’s other allotted Guests in the Group must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and their Guest(s) will be asked to sign a liability/publicity/COVID Waiver prior to vacation planning. Failure to return the executed release form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Vacation. Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. If Winner and Guest(s) cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries (time permitting).

Certain restaurants, experiences, services and other offerings are subject to change or cancellation, and may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or be closed. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel any reservations. The Vacation is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Sponsor. The Group will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation will be forfeited. In the event the KA WA’A, A Lū’au at AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, production exigencies or any kind, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of comparable value (i.e., 5-day/4-night trip to Resort, excluding the KA WA’A, A Lū’au at AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa).

The Group members are solely responsible, at their own cost, for staying updated on and complying with any of the latest restrictions and requirements that may be in place for travel to and visiting the Premises leading up to the planned stay. Such restrictions and requirements are subject to change.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

9. Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities, AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa, in Ko Olina, Hawaii, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. Except where legally prohibited, Winner grants (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

10. Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of Prize/determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York (except as otherwise provided herein).

12. Winner's List: To obtain the name of the Winner of the Sweepstakes, send a properly stamped self-addressed envelope, by January 30, 2026, to: 12 Days of Perks: AULANI Sweepstakes Winner's List, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559.
