Each promotion is governed by its own set of official rules and features its own prizing that is available to be won at different odds of winning. You are advised to review the official rules before entering this or any other "12 Days of Perks" promotion. You may enter and win prize(s) in this Sweepstakes and one or more of the other "12 Days of Perks" promotions.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older). Employees, officers and directors of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC ("Administrator"), Epsilon Data Management, LLC ("Epsilon"), Disney Destinations, LLC ("Prize Provider"), Lindblad Expeditions, LLC (“Tour Operator”) or their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, and children. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 4. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on December 6, 2025 and ends at 8:59 AM PT on December 29, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Epsilon's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription (the "Account"); or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Sweepstakes through the Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the "Discover" page, clicking on the "12 Days of Perks: Expedition Cruise Sweepstakes" image, and following the instructions within the Website to enter.

Once you click "Enter" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as set forth above may send a 3" x 5" card with your name, email address (REQUIRED), city and state of residence, and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: 12 Days of Perks: Expedition Cruise Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 29, 2025 and received by January 7, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia. All Mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Limit one (1) Mail-In entry per outer mailing envelope. Proof of sending or mailing of Mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of entry or proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Receipt of Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00 AM (midnight) PT and ending at the following 11:59 PM PT (except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period [12/6/2025], which begins at 9:00 AM PT and ends at 11:59 PM PT, and the last day of the Sweepstakes Period [12/29/2025] which begins at 12:00 AM PT and ends at 8:59 AM PT). Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts in violation of the entry limit will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on or about January 8, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail on or about January 8, 2026. Before being declared a winner ("Winner"), potential prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within five (5) days of date on notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within five (5) days after notification (or such shorter period of time, as applicable), return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the email address indicated on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER WHO WILL RECEIVE A 1099 TAX FORM REFLECTING VALUE OF THE PRIZE. PRIZE WINNER FURTHER AGREES TO FULLY COOPERATE WITH SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF THE 1099 TAX FORM, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.

8. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): There will be one (1) prize awarded ("Prize").

Prize: One (1) eight (8) day /seven (7) night National Geographic-Lindblad Baja California: Among the Great Whales trip aboard the National Geographic Venture (the “Trip”), and with additional inclusions, if applicable, as set forth below (collectively the “Vacation Package”) for the Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest(s) (“Guest”) (Prize Winner and Guest(s) together, the “Group”).  The Vacation Package is subject to restrictions and conditions, including those set forth below. 

The Vacation Package consists of the following:

• Roundtrip coach airfare between a major international commercial airport near Prize Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and an international airport at or near the originating and ending point of the Trip (each as determined solely by Prize Provider, with possible stopovers) for the Group; and internal airfare, if applicable.
• One (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons at a hotel selection at the discretion of Prize Provider for one (1) night prior to departure;
• Seven (7) nights of accommodation for two (2) people on the Trip including:
• One (1) double occupancy cabin. Maximum occupancy two (2) people
• Participation in a guided group travel experience
• Services of local experts
• Services of Expedition Staff
• On-tour luggage handling
• Crew gratuities
• Scheduled meals
• Basic Wi-Fi

The Trip is pre-scheduled for specific dates and subject to availability.  The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vacation Package is US $21,200 The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on a variety of factors, including point of departure, fluctuations of room rates and airfares, and the number of travelers.  Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the Vacation Package will not be awarded.

Please Note Restrictions for the Vacation Package:

●      All Group members must travel together on the same itinerary and the same class of travel.  Travel arrangements must be made through Prize Provider’s agent and with carriers and accommodations selected by Prize Provider, or where applicable and as notified, directly with the operator of the Trip.  Vacation Package components are subject to change without notice. 

●      Vacation Package must be booked at least 90 days in advance of travel departure date, and in any event, be booked on or before December 13, 2026, or the Vacation Package will be forfeited without compensation of any kind.

●      Trip departure dates eligible, January 9, 2027– March 13, 2027.  Travel dates will be subject to availability.  Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply.  No changes will be permitted to the Group’s travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Prize Provider’s sole discretion.

●      If Prize Winner cannot travel within the dates specified, the Vacation Package will be forfeited in its entirety.

●      The recommended minimum age for the Trip is nine (9) years old. 

●      The Trip is not a private tour and may be attended by other travelers. 

●      Prize Provider reserves the right to delay, postpone or otherwise reschedule the Vacation Package for different dates, even if already booked, as necessary for any reason, including based on (i) Prize Provider’s health and safety protocols, which take into consideration guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, local and international health authorities, the U.S. Travel Association, and The Walt Disney Company’s team of health experts, and (ii) the rules, regulations, and travel guidance in place for each country visited during the Vacation Package.

●      Expenses not specifically included as part of the Vacation Package are solely the responsibility of the Group, including, without limitation, the following: roundtrip ground transportation between the Prize Winner’s residence and the Airport of Origin; travel insurance or trip cancellation insurance; activities and ground transportation not expressly included in the Vacation Package; meals not served as part of the Vacation Package; airline baggage fees; customs and immigration fees; passport costs; laundry service, merchandise and souvenirs; parking; room service; service charges; spa services and other optional activities; telephone calls; and income and other taxes not expressly included in the Vacation Package; and all other costs and expenses not expressly included in the Vacation Package.

●      Certain terms and restrictions shall apply to the Vacation Package, as determined by Prize Provider and/or the operator of the Trip in its sole discretion.  If the Group does not agree with these restrictions, the Vacation Package will be forfeited in its entirety.

●      All members of the Group will be required to execute and return an agreement, which may include includes a release of liability, assumption of risk, waiver of claims, indemnification and publicity (i.e., photo/video) release (where allowed by law) prior to participation, the ship’s ticket, if applicable, and any other documentation required by Prize Provider and/or the operator of the Trip for participation on the Vacation Package.  Failure to return any required documentation within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package.  Prize Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their travel party, related to any use or misuse of the Vacation Package or any related activity or travel. 

●      In the event the Prize Winner and/or Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by the operator of the Trip in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Prize Provider’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, the operator of the Trip reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Prize Winner and/or Guest(s) home with no further compensation.  Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group.

●      Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D., credit card, passport, valid alien registration card, and/or necessary visas if applicable) before departure. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the Group members’ responsibility.

●      All persons under the age of 18 (“minor(s)”) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over age 21 in the same room. 

●      The Vacation Package (and all elements thereof) is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable except in Prize Provider’s sole and absolute discretion.  The Vacation Package may not be sold or transferred to any other person or third party.

●      The Vacation Package may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles, award points or other perquisites.  Lost or mutilated tickets will not be replaced.  Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.

●      If the Vacation Package is not available for any reason, then the Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute the Vacation Package with another vacation package of comparable or greater value.

●      Officers, directors, and employees (and members of their household or immediate family, i.e., parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, the “steps” of each and persons residing in such immediate family members' household) of Prize Provider, their respective parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, their advertising, promotion and web design agencies, all other entities involved in the creation, administration, or fulfillment of the Vacation Package and their respective successors and assigns are not eligible to enter or win.

●      Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the Vacation Package, if valued at $600 or more.  The Vacation Package may be subject to applicable withholding requirements.  Prize Winner may receive and be required to sign other tax documents.

●      THE APPROXIMATE TOTAL VALUE OF THE ENTIRE PRIZE IS US $21,200. If the actual value of the entire prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to restrictions. Failure to accept the Vacation Package within the indicated time may result in forfeiture.

9. Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winner grants (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of Prize/determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York (except as otherwise provided herein).

12. Winner's List: To obtain the name of the Winner of the Sweepstakes, send a properly stamped self-addressed envelope, by January 30, 2026, to: 12 Days of Perks: Expedition Cruise Sweepstakes Winner's List, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559.
