Disney Streaming Services LLC is offering this Sweepstakes contemporaneously along with other sweepstakes/instant win promotions as part of Disney+ Perks "12 Days of Perks."  This Sweepstakes is independent of the other "12 Days of Perks" promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own set of official rules and features its own prizing that is available to be won at different odds of winning. You are advised to review the official rules before entering this or any other "12 Days of Perks" promotion. You may enter and win prize(s) in this Sweepstakes and one or more of the other "12 Days of Perks" promotions.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older). Employees, officers and directors of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC ("Administrator"), Epsilon Data Management, LLC ("Epsilon"), and their advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, and children. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

If selected as the potential winner, the Entrant and any potential guests over the age of eighteen (18) will be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification without compensation of any kind. In addition, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify the potential winner or their potential guest (without explanation or compensation of any kind) if the results of such background check reveal that potential winner or their potential guest(s) do not meet the Sweepstakes eligibility requirements or has been charged with a felony or misdemeanor, a crime of moral turpitude, or any other act that might reflect negatively on Sponsor, Administrator or any of the Sweepstakes Entities, as determined by the Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion. All such decisions of Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

4. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on December 12, 2025 and ends at 8:59 AM PT on December 29, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Epsilon's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription (the "Account"); or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Sweepstakes through the Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the "Discover" page, clicking on the "12 Days of Perks: Studio Tour Sweepstakes" image, and following the instructions within the Website to enter.

CLICK THE CHECKBOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTPS://WWW.DISNEYPLUS.COM/LEGAL/TERMS-OF-USE). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN THE PRIZE. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE RULES AND SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply.

Once you click "Enter" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as set forth above may send a 3” x 5” card with your name, email address (REQUIRED), city and state of residence, and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: 12 Days of Perks: Studio Tour Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 29, 2025 and received by January 7, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia. All Mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Limit one (1) Mail-In entry per outer mailing envelope. Proof of sending or mailing of Mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of entry or proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Receipt of Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00 AM (midnight) PT and ending at the following 11:59 PM PT (except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period [12/1/2025], which begins on/about 9:00 AM PT and ends at 11:59 PM PT, and the last day of the Sweepstakes Period [12/29/2025] which begins at 12:00 AM PT and ends at 8:59 AM PT). Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts in violation of the entry limit will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.

Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. 6. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on January 8, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail on January 8, 2025. Before being declared a winner ("Winner"), potential prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within five (5) days of date on notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, the necessary paperwork for a background check, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within five (5) days after notification (or such shorter period of time, as applicable), return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the email address indicated on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER WHO WILL RECEIVE A 1099 TAX FORM REFLECTING VALUE OF THE PRIZE. PRIZE WINNER FURTHER AGREES TO FULLY COOPERATE WITH SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF THE 1099 TAX FORM, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.

8. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): There will be one (1) prize awarded to Winner ("Prize").

Prize: The Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a "Guest(s)") to partake in an exclusive VIP Studio Tour at the Walt Disney Studios lot in Burbank, CA ("Tour").

Trip consists of the following:

●      Up to four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to Winner's primary residence (“Departure Airport”) and a Burbank area airport selected by Sponsor (“Arrival Airport”) (airports, airline carriers and flights to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion)

●      Round trip ground transportation for up to four (4) persons for ground transportation service from Arrival Airport to the Burbank area hotel referenced below

●      Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for two (2) nights at a hotel in the Burbank area selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (based on availability)

●      $200.00 cash or cash equivalent to be used towards ground transportation service to/from the Burbank area hotel and Tour

●      Approximately one (1) two to two and half (2-2.5) hour VIP walking tour of the Walt Disney Studios lot in Burbank, California

●      Lunch for Winner and Guests at the Walt Studios (Lunch consists of food and non-alcohol beverages. It is the sole responsibility of Winner and Guests to alert Sponsor/Administrator as to any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions prior to travel. Promotion Entities disclaim any and all liability in conjunction with Walt Disney Studios’ ability [or inability] to accommodate such food allergies/dietary restrictions.) 

●      One (1) $400 Disney gift card. Subject to restrictions.

ARV Prize: $6,450.00. The actual value of the Prize awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable) at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded.

Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of prize is unavailable for any reason.

Trip must be taken by January 5, 2027. If Trip is not completed by January 5, 2027, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Trip dates and accommodations are subject to availability; advanced notice requirements; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Trip period, or any other component of the Trip, for any reason and in its sole discretion. All components of the Trip must occur on consecutive nights. Prize Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) proposed travel dates at least thirty (30) days prior to the earliest proposed arrival date; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding (Winner may not receive their first choice of travel date) and Trip may not be rescheduled except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability, and Sponsor’s approval. Accommodation restrictions may apply. Winner and Guest(s) must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination, and return date or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety.

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Trip description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Winner or Guest(s), including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between the Winner’s residence and Departure Airport, baggage fees, airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food; beverages; merchandise and souvenirs; local and long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly stated as being included in the Trip. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of Burbank, CA, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, alternate ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded; and, under no circumstances will winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of Prize in cash.

Guest(s) must be at least ten (10) years of age. Guest(s) (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), and if over eighteen (18) years of age, the necessary paperwork for a background check prior to issuance of travel documents. If Guest is a minor, the Winner or one of the Winner’s other allotted Guests must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian.

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Prize upon the results of a background check on Winner and their Guest(s). Winner and Guest(s), agree to fully cooperate in the conduct of such background check, timely providing any additional materials, information and consents requested by Sponsor or Administrator, with the understanding that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the Prize (or, allowing Guest[s] to accompany Winner on the Trip, as the case may be) without liability of any kind if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the past conduct of Winner and/or Guest(s) would disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor and/or its products. Winner and their Guest(s) further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check is final and binding.

Winner and Guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be roundtrip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Sponsor/Administrator will determine airline and flight itinerary in their sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles, and no codeshare flights may be used. The Winner and Guest(s) are responsible for providing proper documentation to travel which may include a REAL I.D. or passport. No one-way trips allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the Prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday-night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The Released Parties (as defined in Rule 9 below) are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or ground transportation delay. The roundtrip air transportation element for any Prize travel begins and ends at the point of departure.

In addition, Winner and Guests must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of photo identification and a major credit card (and should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of two [2] nights, or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor and/or Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor and Administrator from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room caused during the hotel stay by Winner and their Guest[s]. Other hotel fees not expressly mentioned are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winners/Guest(s).

Accommodations and travel are for up to four (4) persons sharing one (1) accommodation only. No additional guests are permitted to attend the Tour or stay in the accommodations booked by Sponsor and/or Administrator. Winner and Guest(s) will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other prerequisites in conjunction with travel element of Prize. Trip cannot be extended. Winner and Guest(s) assume the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel.

In the event Winner is able to take the Trip, but the Tour does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellations, postponement, location changes, security considerations, production exigencies or any kind, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of comparable value (i.e., 3-day/2-night trip to Burbank, CA, excluding the Tour).

The attendance by any cast members or talent is not guaranteed. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any cast members or talent during the Trip. Winner and Guest(s) must follow all reasonable instructions of Sponsor relating to the Trip, including but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for identification purposes if requested. Should Winner and/or Guest(s) fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion), Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the Trip early, in whole or in part, and send Winner and/or Guest(s) home and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion without any liability or other obligation to Winner or Guest(s). Without limitation, the preceding includes violation of any policy or guideline of the Tour as well as the conduct of Winner and Guest(s) during Tour. Prize Winner and Guest(s) must comply with the Sponsor’s rules and requirements for the Trip at all times. Such rules and requirements may include requirements for proper attire for participating in the Tour and prohibition of electronic/video/audio recordation of Tour as well as signing a non-disclosure agreement as a pre-condition of admission to Tour. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize and possible legal action.

Tour (in whole or in part) may not be appropriate for persons with limited mobility; sensitivity to light and/or sound; low vision or blindness; or who are hard of hearing or deaf. Some elements of the Tour may not be accessible for persons with certain disabilities; for example, not all Tour locations may be wheelchair-accessible, and Tour involves a significant amount of walking and/or stairs. Certain areas of Walt Disney Studios lot may not be accessible during Winner and Guest(s)' Tour with Sponsor disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

9. Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winner grants (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.  Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of Prize/determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York (except as otherwise provided herein).

12.  Winner's List: To obtain the name of the Winner of the Sweepstakes, send a properly stamped self-addressed envelope, by January 16, 2026, to: 12 Days of Perks: Studio Tour Sweepstakes Winner's List, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559.
