To enter the Disney+ Perks: Comic-Con Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules ("Official Rules").

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period (defined below) and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older). Employees, officers and directors of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC ("Administrator"), Epsilon Data Management, LLC ("Epsilon"), San Diego Comic Convention ("Comic-Con"), or their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies, anyone involved in the selection of the winner, or promoting the Comic-Con Convention (including presenters, performers and other talent appearing at the 2026 San Diego Comic-Con Convention) (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, children, and step-children. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

If selected as a potential winner, the Entrant and potential guest (if over the age of eighteen (18)) will be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification without compensation of any kind. In addition, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify the potential winner or their potential guest (without explanation or compensation of any kind) if the results of such background check reveal that potential winner or their potential guest does not meet the Sweepstakes eligibility requirements or has been charged with a felony or misdemeanor, a crime of moral turpitude or an act of insurrection, or any other act that might reflect negatively on Sponsor, Administrator or any of the Sweepstakes Entities, as determined by the Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion. All such decisions of Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

4. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on June 5, 2026 and ends at 8:59 AM PT on June 26, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Epsilon's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription (the "Account"); or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Sweepstakes through the Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the "Sweepstakes" portion of the Website's Perks Dashboard, clicking "Learn More" on the "Comic-Con Sweepstakes" image, and clicking "Enter Now" to agree to the Official Rules and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes.

CLICK THE CHECKBOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTPS://WWW.DISNEYPLUS.COM/LEGAL/TERMS-OF-USE). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN THE PRIZE. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE RULES AND SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply.

Once you click "Enter" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may mail a 3” x 5” card with their name, email address (REQUIRED), phone number, city and state of residence, and mail in an envelope to: Disney+ Perks: Comic-Con Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 26, 2026 and received by July 6, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia. All Mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Limit one (1) Mail-In entry per outer mailing envelope. Proof of sending or mailing of Mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of entry or proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Receipt of Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 9:00 PM PT and ending the following day at 8:59 PM PT (except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period [6/5/2026], which begins on/about 9:00 AM PT and ends at 8:59 PM PT, and the last day of the Sweepstakes Period [6/26/2026] which begins at 9:00 PM PT on 6/25/26 and ends at 8:59 AM PT on 6/26/26). Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts in violation of the entry limit will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.

*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Sweepstakes entry via Method #1 is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on or around July 7, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7.  Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by the Administrator via e-mail on or around July 7, 2026. Potential winner must respond to the email within twenty-four (24) hours thereof (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) confirming their interest and availability to attend the trip (as defined in section 8 below), or such potential winner may be disqualified without compensation of any kind and an alternate potential winner will be selected (time permitting).

IF ADMINISTRATOR IS SUCCESSFUL IN CONTACTING POTENTIAL WINNER:

Before being declared the winner ("Winner"), potential prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within forty-eight (48) hours of date on notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, a tax acknowledgment, and the necessary paperwork for a background check, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within forty-eight (48) hours after notification (or such shorter period of time, as applicable), return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the email address included on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

8. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): There will be one (1) prize awarded ("Prize").

Prize: One (1) winner ("Winner") will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to San Diego, CA to attend the San Diego Comic-Con International Convention (“Convention”) scheduled for July 23-26, 2026 (the “Trip”). The Trip includes: two (2) badges to attend the Convention Preview Night on July 22, 2026, two (2) badges to attend the Convention in San Diego from July 23-26, 2026); four (4) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a San Diego, CA area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to San Diego from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to a San Diego area airport selected by Sponsor; roundtrip ground transportation to/from the San Diego area airport and hotel and roundtrip ground transportation to/from San Diego hotel and Convention awarded as $600 cash or cash equivalent to Winner.

ARV of Prize: $8,000.00. Actual final value of Trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined at time of purchase and travel. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARV in these Official Rules.

Winner must travel July 22-26, 2026 to coincide with the Convention and Preview Night. If Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner (time permitting) from among the remaining non-winning entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. If Winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligations to the Winner. The Trip is subject to availability and other restrictions.

If the guest of Winner is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, the Winner must be their parent or legal guardian and Winner acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the safety of such minor guest at all times. Guest (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), and the necessary paperwork for a background check (if guest is 18+), which must be returned with the Prize Claim Documents requested of Winner. If Winner chooses to accept the Prize without a guest, Winner will only receive Prize in increments appropriate for themselves (that is, one (1) ticket to the Convention) and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded. Once guest is selected by Winner, guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason.

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Prize upon the results of a background check on Winner and their guest. Winner and guest, agree to fully cooperate in the conduct of such background check, timely providing any additional materials, information and consents requested by Sponsor or Administrator, with the understanding that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the Prize (or, allowing guest(s) to accompany  Winner on the Trip, as the case may be) without liability of any kind if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the past conduct of  Winner and/or guest would disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor and/or its products. Winner and their guest further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check is final and binding.

Winner and guest must at all times during the Convention (i) act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and (ii) abide by all federal, state and local laws and regulations. In addition, Winner and their guest must follow all safety and other instructions, including but not limited to any laws/regulations or policies of the United States, California and Convention location. Sponsor/Comic-Con may revoke admission to Convention if a Winner and/or their guest, by way of example only, is (are) determined to be intoxicated, to pose a safety risk to themself or others, to violate any applicable law or venue policy, or engages in any conduct that brings the Sponsor or  Comic-Con into disrepute. In the event the Winner and/or their guest engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor/Comic-Con, in their sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor's (or its affiliates'), Comic-Con’s, or the venue’s property rules or policies in effect at the time of the Convention, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the experience early, in whole or in part, with no further compensation to Winner (and/or guest). Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their guest.

Winner will be issued badges after verification of their eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules. Badges are not intended for use by anyone other than Winner and their guest, including but not limited to provision to another via re-sale, exchange or barter. In the event the Winner can participate in the Trip as scheduled but the Convention does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize (i.e., a trip to San Diego) with no further obligation to the Winner. Convention is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Convention. Without limiting the foregoing, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof of equal or greater value if prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. 

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Trip description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of Winner or guest, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between the Winner’s residence and departure airport, roundtrip transportation between Winner’s residence and the hotel if Winner resides within one hundred and fifty (150) miles of the San Diego (and, in such case, Winner will not receive any alternate prize or compensation of any kind relative to ground transportation replacing air travel), baggage fees, airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; hotel room service; parking fees; laundry service; food; alcoholic beverages; merchandise and souvenirs; local and long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees or taxes; or all other charges not explicitly stated as being included in the Trip.

If Trip includes airfare, the Winner and Guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be roundtrip from/to the departure airport (with possible layovers). Sponsor/Administrator will determine airline and flight itinerary in their sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer miles, and no codeshare flights may be used. The Winner and guest are responsible for providing proper documentation to travel which may include a REAL I.D. or passport. No one-way trips allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the Prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The roundtrip air transportation element for Prize travel begins and ends at the point of departure. In addition, Winner and guest must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of photo identification and a major credit card (and should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of four [4] nights (or in such other amount as prescribed by hotel), Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor and/or Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor and Administrator from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room caused during the hotel stay by Winner and their guest. Other hotel fees not expressly mentioned are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winner/guest.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

9. Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., TikTok Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, human error, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winner grants (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

10. Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of the Prize/determination of the Winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York (except as otherwise provided herein).

11. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read this policy, which can be found at https://www.disneyplus.com/legal/privacy-policy.

12. Winner's List: To obtain the name of the Winner of the Sweepstakes, send a properly stamped self-addressed envelope, by July 17, 2026, to: Disney+ Perks: Comic-Con Sweepstakes Winner's List, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559.
