WINNERS WILL RECEIVE TWO (2) TICKETS FOR A LIVE TAPING OF DANCING WITH THE STARS IN LOS ANGELES, CA, IN EARLY OCTOBER 2025 (EXACT DATE AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION). TRAVEL AND LODGING ARE NOT INCLUDED. IF A WINNER IS UNAVAILABLE ON DATE ONCE DETERMINED BY SPONSOR, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED.

1. Eligibility: The Flash Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Flash Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older). Entrants must not be an employee or director, or IRS dependent, immediate family member or individual residing in the same household of, an employee or director, of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC ("Administrator"), Epsilon Data Management, LLC ("Epsilon"), or their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies, anyone involved in the selection of the winner, as well as any persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of Dancing with the Stars ("Show") (collectively, "Flash Sweepstakes Entities"). Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Flash Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

If selected as a potential winner, the Entrant and potential guest (if over the age of eighteen [18]) may be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification without compensation of any kind. In addition, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify a potential winner or their potential guest (without explanation or compensation of any kind) if the results of such background check reveal that potential winner or their potential guest does not meet the Flash Sweepstakes eligibility requirements or has been charged with a felony or a crime of moral turpitude, or any other act that might reflect negatively on Sponsor, Administrator or any of the Flash Sweepstakes Entities, as determined by the Sponsor or Administrator in their sole discretion. All such decisions of Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

4. Flash Sweepstakes Entry: The Flash Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on September 18, 2025, and ends at 8:59 AM PT on September 24, 2025, however should the Prizes (defined below) be awarded prior to 8:59 AM PT on September 24, 2025, the Flash Sweepstakes will end at that time ("Flash Sweepstakes Period"). Epsilon's computer is the Flash Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. How to Enter: During the Flash Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to participate in the Flash Sweepstakes:

A. Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription (the "Account"); or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Flash Sweepstakes through the Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may participate in the Flash Sweepstakes by navigating to the "Discover" page, clicking on the "Dancing with the Stars Disney Night Flash Sweepstakes" image, and following the instructions within the Website.

Once you click "Play" where indicated, a notification will appear indicating whether or not you are a potential winner. Odds of winning depend on the time that a given (eligible) Disney+ subscriber logs into their Account, clicks on the Flash Sweepstakes image and thereafter clicks "Play," as compared to other (eligible) Disney+ subscribers. B. Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To participate in the Flash Sweepstakes at the same odds of winning without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may send an e-mail to disneyplusentry@probabilityworks.com. The subject line of the e-mail must contain "Entry: Dancing with the Stars Disney Night Flash Sweepstakes." The body of the e-mail must contain your full name, city and state, phone number and an answer to the question "Who is your favorite Dancing with the Stars professional dancer?". (DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CONTENT OR COMMENTARY IN ADDITION TO THE NAME OF YOUR FAVORITE Dancing with the Stars professional dancer.) E-mail must be received by 8:59 AM PT on September 24, 2025 to be eligible (subject to Prize availability, as discussed above). Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply. Proof of sending e-mail is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Without limitation, Sponsor, Epsilon and Administrator are not responsible if e-mail is not timely received or received at all due to operation of e-mail service provider’s security settings or any other reason. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day during the Flash Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. For the purposes of this Flash Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 12:00 AM (midnight) PT and ending at the following 11:59 PM PT (except for the first day of the Flash Sweepstakes Period [9/18/2025], which begins on/about 9:00 AM PT and ends at 11:59 PM PT, and the last day of the Flash Sweepstakes Period [9/24/2025] which begins at 12:00 AM PT and ends at 8:59 AM PT). Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.

*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Flash Sweepstakes entry via Method #1 is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Flash Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions.

6. Winner Verification: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone no later than September 25, 2025. Administrator will make only one (1) attempt to contact the potential winners; potential winners must respond to the email and/or phone call within twenty-four (24) hours thereof (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon), to confirm their interest and availability to accept the Prize or such potential winner may be disqualified without compensation of any kind and an alternate potential winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Flash Sweepstakes Period (time permitting). By entering the Flash Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to be bound by the Winner Verification procedure set forth in this Section 6 and acknowledge that Sponsor and Administrator will make commercially reasonable efforts to contact potential winners. You further understand and agree that Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any and all liability in conjunction with the implementation of the Winner Verification procedure.

IF ADMINISTRATOR IS SUCCESSFUL IN CONTACTING POTENTIAL WINNER:

Before being declared a winner ("Winner"), each potential Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within seventy-two (72) hours of date on notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release, a tax acknowledgment, and the necessary paperwork for a background check, where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within seventy-two (72) hours after notification (or such shorter period of time, as applicable), return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and random selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the email address from which the email Entry was submitted (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.

7. Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): There will be two (2) prizes ("Prize" or "Prizes").

Prize: Each Winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend a taping of Dancing with the Stars in Los Angeles, CA, currently scheduled to take place in early October 2025 ("Event"). TRAVEL TO LOS ANGELES, CA/EVENT AND LODGING IN LOS ANGELES, CA/SURROUNDING AREA ARE NOT INCLUDED.

The Prize has no retail value.

Limit of one (1) Prize per person/household. Tickets are not intended for use by anyone other than Winner and their guest, including but not limited to provision to another via re-sale, exchange or barter. Ticket type and seat location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may vary. The terms and conditions of tickets awarded will govern should the Event not take place as intended by Sponsor due to an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners and guests agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with attending the Event. Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize or portions thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of Prize is unavailable for any reason.

The taping of the Show is projected to take place in early October 2025. The specific dates of Show taping will not be available until late September 2025. WINNERS AND GUESTS MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND EVENT; IF A WINNER IS NOT AVAILABLE AT SUCH TIME FOR ANY REASON, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITHOUT COMPENSATION AND AN ALTERNATE WINNER SELECTED (TIME PERMITTING).

Guest must be at least twelve (12) years of age. If the Guest of Winner is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, the Winner must be their parent or legal guardian and Winner acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the safety of such minor Guest at all times. Guest (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), as well as the necessary paperwork for a background check (if applicable) prior to issuance of travel documents, which must be returned with the Prize Claim Documents requested of Winner.

If a Winner chooses to accept the Prize without a guest, Winner will only receive Prize in increments appropriate for themselves (that is, one (1) ticket to the Event) and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

Sponsor reserves the right to condition award of Prize upon the results of a background check on Winner and their guest**. Winners and guests, agree to fully cooperate in the conduct of such background check, timely providing any additional materials, information and consents requested by Sponsor or Administrator, with the understanding that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the Prize (or, allowing guest to accompany  Winner on the Trip, as the case may be) without liability of any kind if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the past conduct of  Winners and/or guests would disparage or adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Sponsor and/or its products. Winners and their guests further understand and agree that any decision by Sponsor as to the results of a background check is final and binding.

**Where Guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, guest as used in this paragraph refers to the guest and their parent or legal guardian.

Winners and guests must at all times during the Event (i) act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and (ii) abide by all federal, state and local laws and regulations. In addition, Winners and guests must follow all safety and other instructions, including but not limited to any laws/regulations or policies of the United States, California and Event location designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus; such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test and/or vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus; as well as any mandatory quarantine should winner and guest contract COVID-19/Coronavirus during the Event.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Flash Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

8. Limitations on Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Flash Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize or participation in this Flash Sweepstakes or participation in any Flash Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner(s) or any other persons for failure to supply the Prize(s) or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Flash Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Flash Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Flash Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Flash Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Flash Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Flash Sweepstakes and award the Prizes by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Flash Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Flash Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Should a programming, production, electronic, printing or error of any kind result in more than two (2) entrants being notified that they are a potential Prize Winner, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entrants so notified to determine the potential Prize Winners. Such random drawing will exclude any Prize already awarded. IN NO EVENT WILL MORE THAN TWO (2) PRIZES BE AWARDED.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Flash Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Flash Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE FLASH SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE FLASH SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winners grant (and agree to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

9. Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants  agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Flash Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prize/determination of the Prize Winner(s), shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant  shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant  under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant  and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Flash Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s  residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Flash Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York (except as otherwise provided herein).

11. Winners' List: To obtain the name of the Winners of the Flash Sweepstakes, send a properly stamped self-addressed envelope, by October 30, 2025, to: Disney+ Perks: Dancing with the Stars Disney Night Flash Sweepstakes Winners' List, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559.
