WINNERS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL ON DATES DESIGNATED BY SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ROSE BOWL GAME SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 1, 2027; IF WINNER IS UNAVAILABLE ON THE TRIP DATES DETERMINED BY SPONSOR, THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1.      Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older). Employees, officers and directors of Disney Streaming Services LLC ("Sponsor" or "Disney+"), Probability LLC ("Administrator"), Epsilon Data Management, LLC ("Epsilon"), and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies, anyone involved in the selection of the winner, and any other entities involved in the development, administration, promotion or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter or win. In addition, persons who are currently involved in any capacity with the College Football Playoff ("CFP"), or the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association ("TOR") and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and successor companies, as well as athletes, trainers, and other personnel in any way associated with CFP athletes, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win the prize. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, children, and step-children. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

CFP and TOR are not co-sponsors, promotional partners, or administrators of this Sweepstakes. CFP and TOR have no involvement in the design, administration, winner selection, or any other aspect of this Sweepstakes.

4.      Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on August 14, 2026 and ends at 8:59 AM PT on September 25, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Epsilon's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5.      How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

A.      Method #1 - Disney+ Subscriber Online Entry: To enter via this method of entry, you must be a Disney+ subscriber, with an online MyDisney account. Navigate the internet to https://perks.disneyplus.com ("Website"). You will need to log in using your MyDisney account email address associated with your Disney+ subscription (the "Account"); or, if you do not have an online MyDisney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website. You must register for the Sweepstakes through the Website. Once you are logged into your Account, you may enter the Sweepstakes by navigating to the "Sweepstakes" portion of the Website's Perks Dashboard, clicking "Learn More" on the "Rose Bowl Game 2027 Sweepstakes" image, and clicking "Enter Now" to agree to the Official Rules and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes.

CLICK THE CHECKBOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTPS://WWW.DISNEYPLUS.COM/LEGAL/TERMS-OF-USE). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN THE PRIZE. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE RULES AND SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply.

Once you click "Submit" where indicated, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Proof of inputting information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute a representation by Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator as to eligibility of entry and is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor, Epsilon or Administrator.

B.      Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as per above may mail a 3” x 5” card with their name, email address (REQUIRED), city and state of residence, and mail in an envelope to: Disney+ Perks: Rose Bowl Game 2027 Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 25, 2026 and received by October 2, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. To be eligible, Mail-in entries must be postmarked from an address in the 50 U.S. or District of Columbia. All Mail-in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. Limit one (1) Mail-In entry per outer mailing envelope. Proof of sending or mailing of Mail-in entries will not be deemed to be proof of entry or proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-in entries, all of which will be disqualified. Receipt of Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged. Mail-in entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as beginning at 9:00 PM PT and ending at the following 8:59 PM PT (except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period [8/14/2026], which begins on/about 9:00 AM PT and ends at 8:59 PM PT, and the last day of the Sweepstakes Period which begins at 9:00 PM PT on 9/24/2026 and ends at 8:59 AM PT on 9/25/2026). Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process will be disqualified. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.

6.      Winner Selection and Odds: Potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator. The drawing will take place on October 5, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is available to millions of internet users. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7.      Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email on October 5, 2026. Before being declared a winner (each "Winner", collectively "Winners"), potential prize Winners will be required to complete, sign and return within five (5) days of date on notification (or such shorter period of time as indicated thereon) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, a tax acknowledgment, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within five (5) days after notification (or such shorter period of time, as applicable), return of email notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account (for entries made via Method #1) or the email address included on the Mail-In Entry (for entries made via Method #2), as applicable. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

WINNERS WILL BE ISSUED AN IRS FORM 1099-MISC FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PRIZE (AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 8 BELOW) AND MUST SUBMIT THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY OR TAX ID NUMBER, AS APPROPRIATE, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

8.      Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): There are (2) prizes (each a "Prize", collectively "Prizes") available to be won.

Prize: Each Winner will receive a four-day/three-night trip for two (2) persons (i.e., Winner and one [1] guest) (the "Guest" and, together with the Winner, the "Group") to attend the Rose Bowl Game scheduled to take place on January 1, 2027 (the "Game") in Pasadena, CA (the "Trip"). The Trip includes: economy-class round-trip air travel for two (2) persons to Los Angeles, California, from the major commercial airport nearest to Winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion ("Airport of Origin"); three nights' hotel accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only, at a hotel selected by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion; two (2) lower bowl tickets to attend the Game (specific seat locations will be determined in the sole discretion of the ticket provider; tickets are subject to all terms and conditions stated thereon, including prohibitions on resale or transfer, acceptable conduct requirements and applicable venue security procedures); roundtrip ground transportation to/from the Los Angeles, CA area airport and hotel; and two hundred dollars ($200) in cash or cash equivalent.

ARV of each Prize: $6,150.00/ARV of all Prizes: $12,300.00. The actual value of each Prize awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including the Winner’s point of departure, dates and times of travel, and fluctuations in hotel rates and airfares at the time of booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded to the Winner (as applicable).

Limit one (1) Prize per person/household.

Travel must occur on the dates designated by Sponsor/Administrator in connection with the Game scheduled for January 1, 2027 (i.e., December 30, 2026 – January 2, 2027). If a Winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the designated dates, the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting). No changes will be made to travel details once any element of the travel arrangements has been booked, except in Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to change the allowable travel dates for any reason and in their sole discretion.

Prize is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize or portions thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of Prize is unavailable for any reason.

Each Trip is for the Winner and one (1) Guest of the Winner’s choosing. Once selected by the Winner, Guest cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. If a Winner chooses to accept the Prize without a Guest (or if Guest does not return Release of Liability/Publicity Release, as discussed above), Winner will only receive Prize in increments appropriate for themselves and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

If the Guest of a Winner is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, the Winner must be their parent or legal guardian, and Winner acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the safety of such minor Guest at all times. Guest (if a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, their parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release of Liability and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law) prior to issuance of travel documents, which must be returned with the Prize Claim Documents requested of Winner.

Group must travel together on the specified itinerary set by Sponsor, including the same departure date, destination and return date, or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Group will not receive frequent flier miles, award points or other benefits in conjunction with the Prize travel element. Trip cannot be extended. Group assumes the risk of any inherent or unforeseen dangers associated with travel. If a Winner’s residence is within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Los Angeles, California, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion, alternate ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded; and, under no circumstances will the Winner receive the difference between the ARV and actual final value of Prize in cash.

Tickets will be delivered to Winners electronically at least three (3) days prior to the Game. (In the event that a Winner does not have access to a compatible mobile device for receipt of tickets, Sponsor will make alternate arrangements to furnish tickets to Winner).

In the event Winners are able to take the Trip, but the Game does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, cancellation, postponement, location change, security considerations, production exigencies of any kind, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternate prize of comparable value, which may consist of the Trip excluding attendance at the Game.

Group must at all times during the Trip (i) act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and (ii) abide by all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Group must follow all instructions of Sponsor and CFP (as well as of the venue hosting the Game) relative to attending the Game and, should Winner and/or their Guest fail to adhere to such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor, CFP and/or Game venue, in their sole discretion), Sponsor/applicable party will, without further notice or warning, eject Winner and/or Guest from the Game and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion so as to protect its rights, without liability or other obligation to Winner and/or Guest (as applicable)

Group further understands and agrees that Sponsor has not obtained insurance of any kind for them relative to acceptance/use of the Prize. Group is solely responsible for any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, round-trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and the Airport of Origin, flight/travel insurance, beverages, food, gratuities and tips, laundry service, merchandise/souvenirs, parking, room service, service charges, spa services/treatments, local and long-distance telephone calls, and taxes that are not expressly included in the Prize package. In addition, Group must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of photo identification and a major credit card (and should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds in the amount prescribed by the hotel, Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as to protect Sponsor from incurring any liability for damage to the hotel room caused during the hotel stay by Group). Accommodations and travel are for two (2) persons sharing one (1) accommodation only. No additional guests are permitted to attend the Game or stay in the accommodations booked by Sponsor (even if Winner pays for all costs/expenses associated with such additional guests).

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

9.      Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities, CFP, TOR and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of Prize (or portion thereof) or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prizes by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winners grant (and agree to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use such Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.  Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the administration of this Sweepstakes, the awarding of Prizes, or the determination of the Winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsor is the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsor’s costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsor. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York (except as otherwise provided herein).
